We just bought a new Hitch RV and had the most amazing experience, start to finish. Knowledgeable sales, professional finance department, and the most helpful service staff to go over the ins/outs of our new trailer. I would never go anywhere else! Nothing but FANTASTIC customer service from the 1st phone call we made to driving off the lot with our new trailer! Very Pleased with the professionalism of everyone we made contact with & even those we didn't! Sales person was excellent (thank you Braden) Financing was easy (thank you Lisa) demonstration was thorough (thank you Tab) & shopping for accessories was so convenient! We actually drove from Colorado to Kansas City to pick the Trailer up! Well worth the drive... Thank you!

Update: had tons of issues, two leaks, water damage to ceiling, refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold, heater fan broke, shower doors shattered in transit ( yes it was secured) wall in basement fell, entry steps rubbed wall and wouldn’t close up and a few other minor things. I say all this to say we are good to go. We made a claim got a number waited for parts and they fixed it all🥰Wayne and his team fixed it all. He is such a honorable man in a great dealership that stands behind GDs work..
The buying process was great, lots of knowledge, friendly helpful people. Second Rv in four years we’ve bought from them. Price was very competitive.

My husband and I drove to Blue Compass in Grain Valley from Las Cruces New Mexico,to purchase a RV we had seen on their website.
My first contact was a-call with Evan at Blue Compass. He was extremely positive that he could help us purchase the RV we wanted! He was friendly and reliable. He called when he said he would and help us to get necessary paper work to help to make the process simple when we arrived in Grain Valley.
Lisa , also wonderful! So helpful.. easy to talk with and got us through the necessary paperwork ,taking time to make sure we understood each form.

Donnie, in the service department , was so detailed in our walk through.. he made sure we knew everything about the RV before we left.
They pulled our new RV to the front of the building and had someone help us get hooked up and ready to go
The entire staff from the receptionist to every staff member were so friendly and made us feel comfortable!!
The experience was definitely worth the 2 days of driving to purchase our new RV!!

My wife and I bought a year old camper from Camping World in May of 2022. The sales experience was high pressure and our after-the-sale treatment was mediocre at best. The straw that really broke the camel's back was the service and warranty work we had done this spring... It just couldn't have been a worse experience.

My wife and I discussed and decided to at least check out some other dealers to see what our options were, as we had no desire to do business with CW ever again. Many of our camping friends own Grand Design campers and just rave about them, so we decided to check out Lifestyle RVs, the only dealer in our area that sells them (and there's a reason for that!!). What a vastly different experience! From our salesman Russ to Lisa in finance to Donnie in their service center, every single touchpoint we've had with Lifestyle RV has been friendly, low key, and extraordinarily customer focused. Not to mention our new Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel is THE BOMB - We absolutely love it!!

Do yourself a favor the next time your thinking about looking at RVs from Camping World in Grain Valley and drive another half mile down the road to Lifestyle RVs instead, you'll be glad you did!

I went in to look at a specific make and model but was just doing research but then I looked online and they had a very good used 2001 NuWa Hitchhiker II LS 29.5 come in on trade that was in my price point. Dave (my sales guy) sent me pictures so I could see more of it as I am picky on road access. The day I picked it up the tech (sorry I do not remember his name) showed me how everything worked and answered all of my many questions since this is my first 5th wheel. I will be back when I am ready to buy another one. No pressure at all.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience each time we visited Lifestyle RVs. Our first trip in was just a look around visit as we were in the market to purchase. Jack Way helped us with the differences in the models we were looking at and was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information for first time RVers. He was not pushy in any way, other than informing us that trailers were being sold at a much higher pace than usual and if we wanted a particular model we should grab it. We looked around a few other places but landed back at Lifestyle and put our name on our first trailer. Jack made sure it was delivered the day we requested, as we had a trip planned already. The walk-through with was very helpful and the rest of the paperwork experience was seamless. I would highly recommend anyone to Lifestyle and the Grand Design trailers. Oh yeah, our first trip went extremely well and I owe most of that to the information provided by Jack and Mike. Thank you Lifestyle for getting us into an RV for the first time.

Top notch team at Lifestyle RV - from sales with Dave, to financing, to the detailed walk-through of the rig. We could not be more excited on our new purchase! She’s a beauty!!

No pressure, not much go between the salesman and boss, and very informative people that done the walk around I'd say most people would enjoy the experience that I had from start to finish.

The customer service here is amazing! Donnie and Bear in service, Rick in sales and Rick in finance all are amazing and really good at what they do. I called them on a Wednesday evening needing a 5th wheel trailer to take to California and they worked extra hard to get me what I needed by Friday evening. Stay away from Camping World. Do yourself a favor and go here instead!

Great staff all the way around. Steve was our salesman. Christian did our walk through, but everyone we death with was courteous and very nice to work with. And the prices were real: no bologna numbers games. We bought a Grand Design Reflection and love it. Quality seems really good.

Amazing sales team, very friendly and thorough! I bought a 2019 Imagine XLS Pre Owned from them, it had a few issues that I brought it back up for and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my RV. They were very meticulous and made sure nothing was missed. I want to say thanks to the service manager Jeremy for ensuring everything was fixed properly, and everyone else involved!

We purchased our RV from Lifestyle in October and it was a good experience mainly due to Jamie. She was great. Just had some minor warranty work done and they were informative and professional. Looks like everything was done good too.

It was great. Walked in talked to the salesman my husband talked to earlier, looked at the unit we wanted and made a good deal. The staff was very helpful and Donnie was a huge help with my husband in getting the anti sway hitch installed. We have one twist lock not working so we are getting a new part as soon as my husband can get back by. Thank you lifestyle for making our first Rv purchase so easy.

The salesperson we had was very helpful and knowledgeable. The financial person did a great job getting us the loan and payment we needed. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Lifestyle RV is beyond knowledgeable on their products and their pre/post delivery inspection caught minor issues which were corrected before final sales. Jack Way was patient and very helpful with our multiple questions while we were deciding on our final purchase of our "Home on Wheels". Our family would recommend shopping with them.
