I needed relief in some places that made tasks difficult and painful to do. MY spine doctor didn't make any attempts to help my situation. I chose another alternative and started seeing Cheri. She is very helpful, caring, understanding, listens to you and what your body is saying. This makes every appointment worth going to. This alternative has helped me in many ways. The pain is easing up along with my movement as I continue the treatment plan created to what my body needs. Cheri and the staff members make sure you are in a comfortable, welcoming, friendly environment while always greeting you with a smile and kind words. Scheduling is simple as they do their best to make appointments that are most convenient for you!

I recently switched over to Dr. Cheri from my previous chiropractor when my husband and I moved closer to this area. Let me just say she is absolutely phenomenal! Today I had my second adjustment and she knows exactly what my body needs to release the chronic pain I have had for years now and help me to get back on track after not seeing my previous chiropractor for a year. She listens, she cares, she wants to help heal you and that matters very much to me being that I’m in healthcare myself. At my previous office, I was beginning to feel like just a number and my adjustments were very minimal and not thorough at all and I wasn’t getting the relief that I feel like I needed for what I was paying. Dr. Cheri has changed all of that, the scans are thorough and she explains and educates you on what’s needed to make a change and relieve you, she takes the time to sit with you and value you and work a plan to get you to feel better. Even got a sweet welcome to the practice card from the staff which makes you feel warm and welcomed for sure! I am happy that I have settled with this practice and look forward to more routine visits with her.

I started seeing Dr. Cheri at Ottawa Chiropractic a little over 6 months ago. I came in with a lot of lower back, shoulder and neck pain. We came up with a treatment plan and got to work. Starting out with twice a week I came in for adjustments. Within just a few weeks I was able to notice a huge difference. My back and neck were no longer as stiff and aching as they had been for a long time. Over time we’ve been able to space out visits to just once a week or even every two weeks. If I need anything in between it’s as easy as making a phone call. The entire staff there are always very welcoming and I feel exponentially better looking back on how I felt just 6 months ago. I would absolutely recommend anyone with back pain to give them a calm and see what they can do for you.

Very friendly and personable staff! I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. Dr. Cheri is very kind, attentive and caring. The adjustment was very effective, getting me headed in the right direction-to feeling 100%! I loved that she also gave me stretches and things to do at home, to help my symptoms! She called the evening of my initial appointment and adjustment, to follow up and check on how I was doing. A few days later I also received a Welcome card in the mail!! Very happy to be a patient at Ottawa Chiropractic Clinic!

I started seeing Dr. Sheri this week. This is my first ever experience with a chiropractor and so far it has been nothing short of wonderful. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, I called Monday as I had been in quite some pain for a while and could no longer stand it, they got me in same day and we're professional, polite, and helpful. The nurse/tech (I'm unsure if her exact title) also super friendly and easy to talk to. The office environment itself is very clean and cozy. Dr. Sheri has already blown my mind with the amount of care she provides as well as the detailed information she provides, I feel like she very truly cares about me and wants me to feel better. I look forward to my next visit

Doctor Cheri and her team are simply the best.. They are always super friendly and help each one of us. She takes the time to listen and always does her very best to fix it. Dr. Cheri is the best! With regular appointments for the past 5 years, I have been able to avoid carpal tunnel and meniscus surgery and have minimal pain in between appointments! Very friendly and accommodating staff!
