It wold be nice if you would update your new hours online. I’ve drove 2 Mondays in a row now to deposit checks 30 miles away and each time you have been closed - with a pointless note on the window that only informs the customer AFTER they arrive.

We used to enjoy doing our business's banking here when Mike was our loan officer. It seems now our business is not needed and or wanted at GSSB as we can barely get a financial discussion out of Kyle who has replaced Mike. He offers no advice, no direction, no problem solving or critical thinking and stares blankly until you literally ask him for a response. I am bewildered that this is who is making financial decisions for this bank. Only being available two days a week with zero ability to communicate is why we are choosing to move our finances elsewhere.

I applied for a home loan with GSSB about 3 months ago. I’ve had to call them every week to follow up and get updates on the process. If I hadn’t called them repeatedly, I’m pretty sure nothing would get done. Horrible customer service!
