The curly fries burgers and mozzarella sticks were served fresh the dining room was super clean. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Must be under new management. Food and service was great. Looked extremely clean inside. Even the parking lot looked cleaned.

We stop her every time we travel I-35 to and from Kansas City. The food is always excellent. Service is fast.

If you're looking for a good hot roast beef sandwich or an excellent Ruben this is the location to go the staff was extremely friendly and patient. Not like the store in chanute Kansas which is the worst experience ever.

I go here to get my fur babies the 2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches plain no bun once or twice a week. No matter what is going on that day These guys are the most friendly people in the fast food industry. Always polite and smiling and ready to take your order no matter how crazy the order may be. Let me just say this too I don't know anyone who works there either. I am so impressed with how they conduct them selves as a team and as a company no matter how good or bad their day is going. So Great job well done to all the Arby's workers at the Ottawa Kansas location. I am a very happy customer and will be back again soon. My fur babies Adrain Rocky and Apollo thank you too.

The food was good. There was a mess up in the drive thru and the young lady gave us the wrong food. She was trying to straighten it out with a manager or someone in charge and i could see him getting mad at her to the point it shook her up when she came back to give me the correct food. I didn't like that. People need to lighten up. Everyone makes mistakes.

1st time at the Ottawa, KS store. There were 5 vehicles in front of me but the line moved very quickly. Tried the mint chocolate shake, yum! Was asked if I wanted the whipped cream, which I didn't, nice. The drive thru employee was very nice.

It was very busy! Despite that and a problem paying with register needing reset the female manager was in top of everything! Even cleaning off tables herself!

This is the only fast food restaurant in Ottawa that has friendly, fast service. Food is on the higher end of fast food, prices are about a dollar higher because of it. My food is always fresh and my order has never been wrong.

The service was great, food was excellent, we always enjoy eating at Arby's! It was my son's and my birthday and we chose Arby's for our meal because the menu choices met both of our food likes, the food is very tasty, portion size fills our hunger, and we enjoy the cleanliness of the restaurant.
