The customer service is great! The prices are reasonable and they have a wide range of inventory from guns to games and tech and of course jewelry!

This was hands down the best pawn experience I've ever had. The owner (sorry bro, I was laughing too hard to catch your name) was hilarious! He cracked the best jokes and jumped right in like we'd known him forever. Dude had some great zingers too 🤣. Top shelf service and top shelf sense of humor. The transaction was easy and I can honestly say I enjoyed every second of being there. I will be using this pawn shop without question and I whole heartedly recommend to anyone! (Unless you get your kicks dealing w the stereotypical stone-faced pawn jerks out there, highway robbin' folks. If that's your idea of fun, go for it champ. Whatever floats your boat) but for everyone else looking to buy from or pawn with an actual human being who cares about other human beings and not just his own bottom line, LIBERTY is the place! 10/10 - HIGHLY recommend!

I very seldom leave reviews on anything, but I could not let my recent encounter with the guys at Liberty go without well deserved recognition. I have done buisness a handful of times with them in the past, both pawn and sale, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Recently, while having a rough go financially, I pawned something of significant sentimental value. Upon picking it up, it was brought to my attention that I missed the payment/pick-up deadline by just a few days. It was technically no longer mine. The guys saw that I was devastated. Through their genuine care and concern for their customers (and people in general), they offered a truly reasonable negotiation that allowed me to get my item back. These guys put the interest of the customer first and I cannot appreciate that enough. They most certainly did not have to do this for me, and I guarantee that no other pawn buisness would. Thank you guys! You definitely set the standard of how a reputable buisness operates, and your service is second to none!

These guys are great they know be by name and always friendly I have bought multiple guns and some ammo with no problem they always very honest with me and I will continue doing business with them price wise I believe they stay competitive

Really good guys run this place! Well informed on the products they sell. I've bought many items from them and I've never been disappointed, sold many as well and received a good pay-out! They've got a wide variety of items to choose from ranging video games, books, dvds, guns, cameras (basic pawn shop material), but priced pretty good!

Honestly, the best pawn shop Ottawa's had long since I've been alive. I'm 23 as I'm writing this. They're very clean, items are sorted and it's very easy to find what you're after. They also have this amazing layaway system that some places have, some don't. But no credit needed, no nothing. Just pay a small down-payment at first, and you got 90 days to pay it off in full and it's YOURS.

Located at 1st and North Main, so it's in the MIDDLE of town before you cross the bridge, so it's fitting location wise. What more can I say, I go there and I'd recommend it to anyone else.

I've always had a good experience when I go in there they are very kind and helpful and you will get a really good deal whether you're buying or selling.

I have bought 2 firearms from this store and both experiences were excellent, staff is super cool and remembered me, which I love. I would rather purchase from these guys than our actual gun store in town.

Owner knows me by name, always friendly and welcoming, clean store, better prices than pawn shops in Johnson County. A good fit for Ottawa, Ks. If your looking for something in particular, just ask, they may have it or something better. Whenever Im in town, I make it a point to stop by!

Definitely a place to stop and just look around. Always a warm and inviting atmosphere. Shelves are neatly stocked and organized. Place is as clean as a whistle. Very friendly help and always informative. Very fair on prices and pawns. CHECK IT OUT!!
