I rolled into town on Friday, made a call to Prestige to see a house at 11am. I saw it and decided it wasn't for me. Looked online, saw a new listing, John and Kylie got me in to see it @11:30 and I asked them to make an offer. They negotiated a winning bid and 6 days later I got the keys and moved in.
