Prices were a little high, but it was a nice store if you don't know what you are looking for. Offers lots of different items.

Welcome to Family Surplus store, where the customer is never right! This store used to be great and up and coming until Diane took over. God forbid you have a conversation with an employee, make sure you have it recorded! Or as Diane would say, “My employee would never say that. I’m not going to sit here and argue with you, you interpreted it wrong.” Oh and don’t get me started about layaway contracts! Make sure you read every fine line on the paper, otherwise you’ll get nasty texts and when you try to make it right “no-heart-Diane” will tell you it’s your own damn fault. This store definitely lost my business and all of my friends and families business. This is another lost cause of a store in Wellsville going down in business like everything else ran by bad management in this town.
