AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab Ottawa

My mom has been receiving speech and physical therapy here 2-3 times a week for many weeks. The customer service checking in, is always friendly and knows you by name after a few visits. The therapists are friendly and know what they are doing. She mainly sees Ashley and Megan for physical therapy and Julie for speech. Although it's hard some days, mom enjoys going!

Arrived at 11:00am for my 11:15 appt. I left at 11:45 am as I was informed I was overlooked. I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for today’s visit. I sat quietly in the waiting area the whole time. I had no choice but to leave. I checked in with Jeri immediately at my arrival. I wish she had advocated for me better.

Waiting areas too small parking lot is bigger than the whole building offices are tiny should have stayed at the old building

They are not good at all they make people sit out in the heat in the cars in 70 degree weather
