Knights Inn Ottawa

Ok so I normally wouldn't review a $57 hotel but after seeing all the bad reviews I had to.
So I had a great experience, room was clean, shower was clean, everything worked as it should. Room didn't smell bad which honestly most rooms under $60 have issues like that but I didn't have any problems. No bug issues, no issues as all really even the ac/heater didn't make a smell. It is a little older but very well kept up. I'll post a few pictures I will be back again I travel a lot.

Usually I avoid budget hotels. My number one reason. The cleanliness or rather lack of. Due to circumstances beyond my control and nearly falling asleep at the wheel I settled with this establishment. I'm so happy I did. My room was cozy warm and super clean. You can tell the people here care about the property and their guests comfort. I will be traveling through this area a few times a year. You can bet I will return here each and every trip. If your In the area or passing through. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed

I've been working in the Ottawa area and have been spending my week here. I love this little hotel. The room was clean and neat. The help is amazing and always asks if I need anything. I travel a lot for work and this is is one of my favorite motels to stay in. Excellent value for the money!

Room 160 was very clean and well kept except the bathing room door would weg when closing it and one loose tile. Other than that, the beds were well cleaned and floors were spotless, and they had television with over a thousand channels. Everyone was friendly and kind. I was really comfy up until i had to leave 10/10 would recommend!!!!

We experienced some plumbing problems at our home and decided to rent a room for the night. We choose Knights Inn because the price was reasonable and it was close to our home. Allowing us to easily go back and forth to care for our pets as needed. Our room was very clean and cozy. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the mattress was! The staff were all helpful and friendly. If we ever have out of town guests I would certainly not hesitate to recommend that they stay here!

I stayed here for two nights and they were comfortable nights. The bed was king size and the room large, complete with a comfortable recliner. The bathroom was also large but a bit old fashioned. The spigot in the tub spat water while you were trying to shower, and the shower head was lower than average, but the curtain bowed out to give you more room and the water was hot. Don't expect terribly many amenities; there's a tiny fridge and a microwave along with a tiny coffee pot. Ice and a continental breakfast are avaliable. Housekeeping came by at 9:40, which seemed a bit early to me. They respected the Do No Disturb sign on the second day though (we hadn't put it out the first, my bad). There's a pool but it's outdoors and since we visited in February we didn't get a chance to use it. The location is pretty good. It's not close to the highway so you won't get much road noise. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It's on the main street so it's not hard to find. Overall, this inn was a great value.

I spent 2 days in rm159 ,i was very impressed with the room, clean ,semi comfy beds, sheets and comforter were warm ,the bathroom was very clean, could of been better towels and a better brand of shampoo and soap, but all and all I would absolutely stay there again

We rented the room on12/16/19. Went to put food in refrigerator only to find food still in there from the last guest. The bathroom chain in the tolite was broke had to reach our hand inside back of tolite to flush it. Unbelievable. The woman manager is rude as hell. The breakfast was not much of a choice. The housekeeping was rude yelling and cussing at me because I picked up my room and tied up the trash and placed it outside room door along with the bedsheets and towels we used. If you want a good place to stay don't stay here. I will never go to this place again and I will also tell everyone I know about our experience and what a dive this motel is for $67.00 a night. What a joke. This motel should not be allowed to use the Knights Inn name. Awful motel and management. The motel is in Ottawa Kansas steer clear of this place. Pure HELL.

When our house had electrical problems this February we had to quickly find a place to stay until it could be fixed. Management was great and the rooms were amazing and well priced. I truly enjoyed my stay and may even rent a room some weekends just to enjoy the jacuzzi tub!

The owners are very nice and the place is very clean. Also we left some things in the room and the owner call us to tell us it was there and he would hold on to it . We will definitely stay here when I'm in town again. Very clean and nice affordable.

The best property in Ottawa and I've stayed at them all. Grew up in Ottawa but have lived out of state for 13 years, so visit family often. All Ottawa hotels are budget, mid-tier. Knights Inn is a budget hotel but stands out among them all. The rooms are big and very clean, with DIRECTV, nice pillows and great breakfast. I didn't stay at Knights Inn right away because I thought it would be too loud being close to Main Street and seemed small - but I wish I booked it from the beginning, 13 years ago! Impressive rooms, comfortable, clean, great price. Plus, the managers, Mr. and Mrs. Patel are wonderful. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Extremely clean room. I am from out of state and will definitely book here again next time Im in town. Very nice and polite staff as well. Please give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Close to a few food choices.

We stay here every time we pass through. The rates are reasonable and the rooms are cozy. I always sleep good here.

Staff was great and welcoming. The room was king bed with jacuzzi. I enjoyed the spacious area of the room.

Great clean rooms ive stayed in countless 4 or 5 star hotels this is not that high on cleanliness but it is on the prices

It was a decent stay. Nothing extravagant. But your basic cheap motel.

Always happy to see the Patel family. They have a great staff. And make us feel right at home when we are here for the Ottawa car show
