SureStay By Best Western Ottawa

We found this place in 2013. Then every year until 2022 twice a year we stayed here on our way to and from Minnesota. Nothing fancy. Great customer service, clean rooms and a nice warm breakfast with plenty of choices. Haven't been able to road trip for a while and missed this place and owner/manager Bob. He knew who we were and knew we were twice a year people. Love the place as does our 2 dogs

My partner and I chose to stay at this hotel on and off for a week while our apartment was getting ready for move-in. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even helped us save a few bucks by reminding us of their member program. The first couple days we got to stay in the executive suite which was really nice. The beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom are well stocked as well as everything else that you would typically see in a hotel room. We really didn’t have very many issues, except the key card being difficult to open the room with (but that was also quickly resolved as they had to replace a battery in the lock itself?) The breakfast is also pretty good!

We were passing thru and stayed the night. Comfortable bed. Wonderful room. Very pet friendly with a box under the bed so dog toys could not go under. Very Quiet. Would stay here again.

We always enjoy our stay here. The front desk attendee is wonderful to work. Always greeted with a smile. Our room is always clean and fresh. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean pet friendly hotel. Only issue is the toilet runs which I would think runs up there water bill.

I brought it to the attention of one of the women picking up laundry. She said they have had nothing but trouble with the water saving devices that were installed.

I recently stayed at the Motel and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

For the price cant beat it very kind front desk clerk informative about the area, free taxi to and from it to the local pub. Comfy beds, clean rooms and actually has a breakfast carry put bag with all this covid right now. They really do go the extra bit to make sure you have a pleasant experience as apposed to the other similarly priced hotels

Very friendly staff, itemized everything on the phone so we were set when we arrived and had our room ready even a crib for our little one! Thank you for a great experience. Very clean, comfy beds!

Bed was comfortable. Towels were nice. Breakfast was grab and go bags, but plenty of food. Staff was nice.
Carpet was stained, but the room felt clean, so I was bothered by it.

Nice rooms. Everything was clean and worked. Beds was very comfortable with microwave,fridge, coffee maker, senior discounts (room was $79 got it for$39.. wifi, friendly people, close to interstate, gas station and other hotels near but I recommend this one.

Super clean room, very friendly front desk staff. Pet friendly and easy on and off the freeway. Overall great value, would definitely make a return stay.

Nice place to spend the night while driving from Michigan to Texas. Both encounters I had with the front desk workers were so pleasant, I wish I would’ve gotten their names. I also appreciated that they provided a grab and go breakfast since their buffet wasn’t open, a lot of places just canceled breakfast. Will keep this in mind for my annual drive across the country!

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
I recommend this place. I know I will stay here again, the only thing I hate is I'm never
able to use the pool as I always arrive after 9 pm and check out is at 11am
POOL HOURS are 1pm-9pm

Loved it! The room was amazing and fully stocked with everything that I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I will surely be back my next visit to Kansas.

Employs are the best here in Ottawa kansas. Nice and polite. They bend backwards to mack sure your stay is the best.

Nice room. Clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom was kinda small but who hangs out in a bathroom. Close to highway, stores , and restaurants. Would recommend this place to anyone passing thru on a lay over or on a in town visit.

Had a great stay! Haresh, General Manager, is so courteous. He makes the experience very pleasant, I will definitely refer any friends or family! Thank you for the great experience, rooms were clean and the food was great!

The staff here is very kind and accommodating. Linda went out of her way to call me about a forgotten bag. She kept it at the front desk until a friend could pick it up for me. I am so grateful!
