These guys are 110% awesome! We were looking to purchase an RV, we spotted one of their online. They were absolutely amazing and patient and informative. Being 12 hour away, we mostly texted info back and forth. Matt was great; he answered all of our questions, sent pictures, he's obviously dedicated to exceptional customer service. This place goes above and beyond. Had a massive floor and slide repair and they kept me up to date on everything and saved me as much money as they could. Everyone was friendly, helpful and informative about the process. Honest good work is hard to find and I’d go nowhere else and I live an hr away.

Ottawa RV is a great family business. No pressure, super helpful, and easy to work with. We bought a new travel trailer there. They had it all set up when we got there and went through everything with us. Not our first camper purchase but certainly the best.

Needed a part for my plumbing, in my camper, looked for days with no success. A buddy of mine told me about these guys and sure enough they had the exact part. The staff was super friendly, very helpful, and just as happy as I was that they were able to help me. I can honestly say if I need anything else for my camper it will be here that I go to find it.

Just purchased a new 2019 Spree. when I got it home it had a glitch in the auto leveling. This company went above and beyond to get the problem repaired , one of the owners actually drove 50 minutes one way for 2 days to get my RV fixed. That is exceptional customer service that I appreciated very much. The salesperson Bowe also followed up twice to see if everything was taken care of. It is nice to have a great RV dealership here in Kansas so you don't have to travel to Nebraska or Missouri to purchase and service your RV. Thanks again!

I called this company because I had some questions about an air conditioning unit that wasn't operating correctly. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and courteous had excellent recommendations and told me the truth I appreciated that. Thank you for being knowledgeable and taking the time to talk to me and help educate me. That is what true customer service is.
