The ladies at the Franklin County Tag office are terrific! I have gone there numerous times over the past years with several different questions about tagging cars, trailers, vintage vehicles and mopeds. They have never failed to provide the correct information I needed, regardless of the question. They are always pleasant and go out their way to be sure everything I came for, is handled as quickly as possible and correctly. I have never had to go back and forth between them and another agency, except when there was a problem with my paperwork. But even then, they made sure I understood what I needed to get/correct, so I did not need to do a bunch of running around. I greatly appreciate this kind of service, especially when dealing with car titles or tags. They want you to have the best info, so you can just come in and complete whatever transactions you need to. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. It is nice to deal with them. I have never been disappointed in the 15+ years I have done business with them. I don't think you would be either. 👍👍
