Leroy's BBQ

What a great find in Pomona, KS! The ribs were meaty and fall-off-the-bone tender and absolutely delicious! The BBQ beans were some of the best I’ve ever had. Michelle makes a mean chocolate chip cookie and then makes it even better by using 2 cookies to make an ice cream sandwich. Great place to eat - can’t wait to go back!

In a quaint and homely little restaurant, I had a wonderful dining experience. The staff was quite pleasant and personable. The Po' Boy sandwich was delicious and well portioned. The Okra was spot on delicious. Although, personally I would have liked a little more crunch on the okra. The fries were exactly what I was looking for in the BBQ setting. To end the visit with the Leroy sandwich with the honey sauce was a complete delight. The tenderness and flavor of the meat is exactly what I wanted. I will return again

This is a great little restaurant owned and operated by a super cool couple. They're so nice! However there's a roll reversal, the man's in the kitchen and the woman's out front and it works perfectly. The ribs are fall off the bone delicious and they have three different kinds of barbecue sauce to choose from. The coleslaw and baked beans are homemade and are delicious. We also loved the mushrooms, french fries we're super good and the okra. Our favorite meats were ribs, the smoked sausage is to die for and the pulled pork. Thier hamburgers are the best in kansas! A nice thick juicy patty that is as big as the brioche bun it's served on. They are closed Sunday Monday and Tuesdays. And they're open Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Don't drive by, stop in and try it for yourself! DELICIOUS!

Deep fried ribs were every bit as good as other reviews suggested. Highly recommend. Charming little place run by a wonderful family. Worth the detour.

Drove by many times always saying how good it smelled. We decided to try tonight and wasn't disappointed. The food was excellent, and everyone was very friendly. Can't wait to try more on the menu.

Great food. Had Ribs, brisket and a burger. Owners CARE and food proves it. Also they are VERY nice.Its bigger than it looks from the outside. Clean, well lit. All around a winner BTW Ribs that do not need sauce. IYKYK

Stopped here on our way home to grab a bite to eat. The food was fantastic and plentiful. Doug and Michelle were super friendly and treated us as if we were longtime friends. Right off of 68 highway in Pamona!! Definitely worth a visit for sure. Top notch BBQ!!

This has got to be, hands down, the best BBQ around; with the warmest, hometown feel.
Michelle, is almost always smiling, and Doug never forgets to come out and chat for a few, making you feel like one of the family. We love stopping by not only for the amazing food, but it's just a really good way to Kickstart your day, or even finish it off.

Very nicely place to eat. I ordered the Brisket sandwich (sides: potato salad and baked beans), soo delicious and I ordered myself a 2nd meal smoked sausage (side l of cole slaw). Then my eyes got broken when I saw the hummingbird cake 🍰 believe thats what it was😂🤣😂🤣🤔..Yummy! Yummy!

They had a full menu, with homemade BBQ beans and cole slaw. The food was delicious and the cook Doug was very friendly. Our server Michele was also friendly and happy to answer any and all questions we had. She was patient while we looked the menu over and Doug brought our food out to us very quickly. My husband and I will defenantly be going back and highly recommend Leroy's to anyone wanting good quality BBQ!

Absolutely the best Barbque anywhere around! (Yes I've tried the joint farther south). Super nice people with great service too. We got Hog Wild sandwiches for lunch to go, which we LOVED, then on a whim also decided to try the rib slab to take home for supper later...boy were we glad we did! Outstanding ribs! We cannot wait to get back for more eats!!!

Outstanding. Brisket was very good but deep fried ribs are amazing. Also baked beans were best I’ve had in quite a while. This is one of those fun places you find off the beaten path and feel like you’re in some sort of special club. Service was great as well.

My husband and I love going here!! The deep fried ribs are amazing and we love the breaded mushrooms. The service is excellent and the owners are friendly and very attentive. We highly recommend Leroy's!! If you're looking for great bbq give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

This was my first time visiting Leroy's BBQ but not my husband. Because of the pandemic, they didn't have any ribs available but that they would have them tomorrow. Instead we had the pulled pork and ham with baked beans, coleslaw and fried okra. Everything was delicious! The restaurant itself is tiny and very clean and organized. The folks that run the place were exceptionally friendly and courteous. While my husband goes there regularly, I will certainly be going back there with him!
