Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental was good had to rent 2 Autos, but let me tell you pay attention to the toll, cause after you get a bill. From the rental company, and it ain't pretty.. my fault. Got little side winded on the toll way. We knew better but it was not ''INTENTIONAL ''

My car was stolen and i need a rental. I have called 9 different Enteprise locations, and due to a car shortage I've had no luck. I called this location and they didn't have a car either. However, when I called, the phone didn't even ring once before it was answered. When he answered the phone, he was very kind. He very quickly assessed my situation. Without making me go through the process of giving him my info, he informed me of availability and offered helpful recommendations. I didn't catch hos name unfortunately, but if I did I'd probably request to have only him handle any future rentals. Thank you!

Chris was able to get us a car on a holiday weekend with only a couple hours notice. Was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Jerrod was fantastic at drop off. Both guys are very costumer focused.

The team wasthe absolute best. They listened to my needs and meet everything I needed. They were understanding and very nice! The gentleman I turned my car back to even gave me extra information that I 100% appreciate! Thank you again!

I like with out me asking the lady I talked said if I would like to have a driver pick me up from the shop to take me over to get my rental car . That was very nice and helpful . Will and more when I get the vehicle as to everything goes .

Excellent customer service! This is my second time using them. This time: I rented a vehicle, drove it a bit, and realized that it wasn't going to work for me. After calling and asking if I could change, they quickly got me switched to another vehicle with no extra charge.

I had to rent a vehicle while my car was in the shop. The Enterprise last was right on time, very polite,answered all my questions! The process went quickly, and I was very happy with them!
