They treat each patient with respect and kindness. Luckily a friend recommended this office, now we recommend this office. Two thumbs up and five stars for this dental team!

I have had a fear of dentist's since I was a little girl. I love the care and understanding that I receive at Main Street Dental. I have had both Dr Patel and Dr Colson. The staff is caring and understanding. They have payment options and tell you up front what the cost is going to be to you! I will never go to another dentist again. Thank you Main Street Dental for providing quality care and caring for your patients.

I took my two young girls for a routine check and cleaning. My oldest was very nervous. The staff was incredibly patient and kind to the girls and even though my oldest didn't go through the whole cleaning, they made it so comfortable and not a big deal. She ended up coming back a week or so later and did an amazing job. Thanks so much for making my girls feel so at ease!

I’ve gone through a few dental offices. Being in the military you end up moving from place to place. And I’ve got to admit, this is one of the best ones I’ve experienced! My wife loves coming here as well! She actually knows most of the staff on a first name basis!!

She’s so good at catering her care to each person’s individual needs. Did a great drop addressing all my concerns and took the time to make me feel cared about and understood. Absolutely the greatest first time appointment, Rachel was super friendly and made sure to help find products that would help my sensitive gums. Dr. Patel was very nice and listened to my concerns and gave me tremendous advice as did Rachel! I recommend 100% for the excellent customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and gentle teeth cleaning!

I can't thank the staff at Main Street Dental enough. Keisha was the dental hygienist who took care of me today and she was amazing. They are very thorough with the examination and work together to figure out the best way to treat your dental issues. They discovered the pain in my jaw is due to grinding my teeth. I had no clue I did this. Every single person you come across in this place is friendly and helpful and they make you feel welcome . The dental hygienist needed some help with one of the dental machines, another hygienist came right in and helped with a smile on her face. You can tell that the ladies work well together and solve problems as a team. Dr Patel is absolutely wonderful, as well as stunning. She lights up the room when she enters! She went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. If you're looking for a dental office, this is the one! Thanks again Main Street Dental!

By far the best dentist I have ever been too. They make the entire process painless and peaceful.

It started with a nerve that was completely exposed. I was in horrible pain. The care and compassion that Dr. Patel and her staff gave me and the swiftness of getting me taken care of was amazing!
I have continued to go back for other things including just a cleaning and each time I feel welcomed back like I am part of the family. The level of care that I receive is outstanding. From my teeth to my gums, my mouth has never been healthier. I can't recommend Main Street Dental enough! Dr. Patel and her staff are highly knowledgeable, gentle with their procedures, and make it their mission to give you the best smile possible. I love Mainstreet Dental! The best dentist experience I’ve had in years! My little is starting the dental journey and they have been nothing but amazing. They don’t rush the process, introduce everything slowly, and treat each session gently. Cool prizes for being good and nice take-home lots for kiddos. My little said “I love the dentist!” I’m SO glad we started with MSD.
I personally hadn’t been to the dentist in years and they were very thorough to make sure the health of my teeth and gums were where they needed to be. I had a couple of fillings done and the process was so quick and painless that I cancelled my second session and just did it altogether because we had time. Very gentle handed and patient if you need a break. I also had to bring my kids along to my appointment and the whole staff was INCREDIBLY nice and patient with us. The doctor is intelligent, kind and truly cares about your health and experience. She really takes the time to address questions and make sure you have a pleasant experience. I honestly can’t say enough things and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for making the dentist such a good experience for my family!

Super friendly and patient. They made my 6yo first official visit a great experience. She was pretty nervous, but the staff was amazing at making sure she was ready for each step and explaining to her what they were doing.

First dental appointment in over 10 years and so I was a bit worried about being chastised for my absence; however, everyone at Main Street Dental was absolutely amazing. They were warm and welcoming and did not mention even one time that I should be going or what I should have been doing just talked to me about oral health and when doing the exam they explained what everything meant and were very informative and helpful. I cannot wait to go back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Would absolutely recommend this awesome office.

I would give this office 10 stars if I could!! I have been going here for several years now and always get treated extremely kindly. Everyone including the front desk staff, dental hygienists and doctor are beyond exceptional. Keisha has been my hygienist several times and is fabulous! Doreen was so sweet and helped my son get through his first visit when he was very nervous. We appreciate every single one of you and will definitely continue to come back!!

Very clean facility. Calming music and atmosphere. Staff was friendly and treated me, expedited everything fast and efficient. I’ve got some anxiety about going to the dentist but I left feeling calm and educated about what’s going on in my mouth. I highly recommend and I intend to return again in 6
months.

What an amazing dental office this is. I made the switch after going to another dental practice for 20 years so I was pretty nervous. Every person in this office was so friendly and welcoming. Immediately putting me at ease. My hygienist was Keisha and she is beyond knowledgeable, patient, friendly and gentle. I will be making this my new place to go.

From the ladies at the counter to the dental hygienists to Dr. Debby Patel, these people are very welcoming! They are all real professionals who do a great job. The atmosphere is very upbeat and caring. This is a extremely well run dental clinic and I feel that I’m in great hands as a client here! I’d highly recommend Main Street Dental in Ottawa, Kansas!
