I cannot say enough good things about the employee that helped us. She listened carefully to what we wanted and took a lot of time with us. There is a good selection to chose from. When the size we needed wasn't in the store, it was ordered and delivered to out home in days

Went in there looking for an outfit and boots, found a great comfy pair of boots, the employees were great and even helped entertain my kiddos while I tried on clothes. Best customer service 😊

Typically would rather go to a small local western store but had some great help from Brenda and Dillon. I wasn’t happy with how the hat reshaping had turned out from another employee but they jumped in and had it looking great and we’re more then willing to help me with some other things I needed there as well. I believe both had help me in the past and both had great customer service then as well!

Had a great experience, was looking for work boots and some kick around boots .manager was very helpful in helping to find the right styles and about warranty on brands .had what I needed and walked out with 2 pair for what I thought was a great price 👌 I'll go back again when I'm ready for more or a pair for my boy .pretty large selection also

Great place to get your boots and clothes at. Atmosphere is very comfortable and the employees make you feel welcome and are very helpful

I want to personally thank Dani and the other staff. They will help you get a proper fitting boots. Plus she advised of a proper insole for my other boots. Would recommend stopping and getting those insoles.
I had a issue with a boot. They exchanged them with no hassle. I will be back for sure. They have my business going forward.

The girls I had helping me today not only were extremely helpful, they knew what a real cowboy is interested in. One of them gave me a great recommendation on insoles for my riding boots. Best service I have ever had in a western wear store. Would give more stars if I could.

I had to exchange a pair of boots that purchased on line. Took a road trip to the Boot Barn in Cedar Rapids and I was well pleased with the service and patience of the sales man who waited on me. Found the boots that I wanted to buy finally. I am getting a lot of compliments on my boots and so far they are holding up real well. When I have free time I will head back up there and spend some money . Well pleased with my purchase of my boots and the service they give. Thank you
