My husband and I bought our current living room furniture 26 years ago and decided we wanted to get new furniture. When I went to the store to start looking for possibilities, I was greeted immediately by Haley when I walked in. She asked great questions to determine my needs and listened carefully using follow up questions to determine what to show me as recommendations for new furniture. I appreciated the suggestions and also the opportunity to look at a variety of options that would work. As I made decisions I informed her that my husband would need to approve. She set up an appointment for Riley to come to our home and put together a design plan. When my husband was able to come to the store to sit in the choices he didn’t find them to be comfortable. Bryan and Haley were there and helped us start from the beginning and find something that we both liked and found comfortable. Riley was able to take the notes and changes and still put together a new design plan by the next day. I was impressed with the customer service, patience and care they all provided. I am looking forward to our refreshed living space!

Always a pleasure getting furniture form lazyboy . It's expensive but hold up way better than Ashley or furniture row and they are one of the only to have a pet warranty you can purchase a must with puppies or cats.

Great service. I knew exactly what I wanted so it was easy. Sales manager listened to me and brought me to my options. helped me choose the fabric and even brought the chair over to the couch I was buying and laid the fabric over it so I could see the contrast between the two. Bought my last Lazy Boy furniture 20 years ago and it was time for an update. I will be giving my old furniture away as it is still very usable. Well worth the price!

Bryan was awesome to work with. I had changed my mind about the color the day after placing the order, and he quickly made the update and sent me the updated invoice. He was very honest and helpful about the best type of fabric choices for pets and kids. We had a great experience.

Excellent customer service! Ray was very helpful on my initial visit to the store with good suggestions based on what I described. I also utilized the design service with Haley and she was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and decisions. The software visualization of my spaces and sample pieces really helped to see what was possible! Very nice selection of products at this store, too!

The entire staff at La-Z-Boy was awesome to work with. From designer Haley to Salesman Bryan to Manager Johnathon, they went out of their way to find the pieces of furniture I was looking for.

They were not pushy, and were more than happy to make suggestions, and/or changes as I narrowed my choices.

When I was ready to order, they let me know about the Presidents sale where I could get 30% off everything and free delivery. They didn’t have to tell me about that but they did. I just ordered my furniture yesterday.

Could not have had more of a pleasant experience ordering my new sofa. They also have a killer deal on dining room sets. If I only had enough room in my place for this table it would have been coming home with me today!

Excellent experience! Looking for a recliner .All the associates were pleasant and we were always greeted when we came into the store, which says alot for the training Bryan, the store manager invested in his employees. Phil was our sales associate, can't say enough good things about him. Answered all our questions, looked things up for us. Very helpful without being pushy.Thanks to Phil and Bryan, we now have a recliner I can use in time for my knee replacement. Will definitely be back when we need more furniture. Had such a great experience at the lazboy over in Cedar Rapids! Got a chance to talk with their designer about the light colored fabric and she reassured me that the fabric is iclean and I won’t have to worry about stains! I love this set and knowing I don’t have to worry about stains on a light color from me or my pets makes me so happy that I bought it for my new home. Very happy with how my shopping experience was.

Had a great time buying a couch here. Bryan was really helpful and helped us narrow down which style, fabric, and layout would fit our vision/space the best.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. La-Z-Boy has a service where their designer will come out, measure the space, and create a rendering to help visualize the furniture in your house. The intention is to make sure the piece will fit the space to help avoid any issues after purchasing.

It was very helpful to get a better idea of how it will look and feel comfortable with our decision. She was a great to work with!

She had problems with the new computer system. She kept her professionalism and cool much better than I would have. Finally used the old system to get results. She handled a frustrating situation VERY well.

Haley, our consultant, was fabulous! She answered all our questions. Gave options, very patient with us. We will ask for her on future purchases.

Chair was built just for me. Delivery guys had to take off the legs to get it in my office and reattached them. There was a stitch missing and a tech came to my house to fix it free of charge.
I love it and so do the cats.

The manager was beyond spectacular! Very friendly and knowledgeable of his merchandise!! We are extremely happy that we stopped in and purchased a beautiful chair!!

These are fabulous folks to work with! Chase and Ray are so patient and kind. I had to make a few trips in to look and bring my husband. They are so knowledgeable, explained everything and never pressured me at all. I truly love that, making a decision in my own time.

We were very pleased that the designer, Haley, drove out to our house with samples. She carefully measured the room and note the placement and dimensions of other object. Together, we picked a style of chair and fabric. The next day, we saw her in the store and completed the purchase. Hayley and other staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. We will definitely use La-Z-Boy for future seating solutions.
