It was so relaxing. Milo asked what we were looking for and showed us the area the items were located. Then we were able to shop and he just checked in on us. Best experience ever!

John was very helpful. He helped us all along the way to finding the perfect couch. We looked at 3 different ones and he told us all about them and what would fit our family best! We can’t wait to have it delivered.

Denice was very helpful, and listened to my needs in order to recommend a recliner that would work for me. She made sure to recommend features based upon what would work best for me.

Great experience! Sales staff was very helpful and not pushy at all. Great selection and a wide variety of price ranges. We will definitely use Slumberland in the future for any furniture needs!

Jeremy was awesome to work with. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Couldnt do a price match on a competitor but that didnt matter. He gave me an extra 10% plus his inventory was in stock and will be promptly delivered. Very happy so far 😉

Salesman (John) was good. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He was there to answer every question we had on what we were looking for. We came back numerous times and he was always pleasant and not in a hurry to make the sale. And when the time came he made sure we understood everything that was going on and what wood happen.

Very courteous of our time we wanted to browse before we had questions. Gave us some great recommendations on new pillows with our mattress purchase and completed a quick checkout process. Very thankful. Great service.

My experience with this store was awesome. Regan was our sales associate and he treated us with the best customer service. He is the reason we chose our wonderful purchase. Slumberland is one of our favorite stores and always has great furniture.

I knew what I wanted and was approached quickly when getting to Slumberland. I visited another local furniture store and was back within 15 minutes to purchase my recliner. They had in stock and I was able to take home that day !!

It was a awesome experience. Denise was simply amazing. She was respectful and courteous very patient with us. Changed my mind several time, she just laughed with me.

My in-laws were buying a house warming gift for my daughter (their granddaughter) for our new house. The new bed that they were able to find is beautiful. They had a great experience with the sales man, I think his name was Leo. He was very attentive and very helpful. My daughter was able to get the mattress and bed frame that she loves, and will love for many years to come!

Fantastic service. Jeremy was wonderful. He answered our questions and gave us plenty of time between questions to allow us to narrow down our choices.
He even explained options we has not thought about.

They were very eager to help even let us walk around with recliner seats to see if the matched the couch we were getting. Had multiple people ask us if we needed assistance even tho it was a full parking lot of people in that store, also had huge discounts on alot of items

Everything was great. Bob helped us out picking the best sofa there was. He was very friendly and helped make the purchase easier with a little humor.

We recently purchased a sectional from Cedar Rapids Slumberland and worked with Bob L. Very pressure free throughout the whole process which I love. Let us do our thing and look at all the furniture. Informed us about the warranty (which we got) and walked out with an amazing sectional. Will be back to do business with him again!

After many months of searching for a new bed and mattress I chose Slumberland. The customer care I received was awesome between Denise and Milo! They both helped me get the bet mattress for my needs and I was never pressured into buying each time I visited the store!!!
