Originally I had these guys quote a hardwood floor, then I found this awesome video on burned plywood and asked if they could do it.

The demo, install, burning, ploy coating and new trim were all done within a week!

Josh did a great job communicating leading up to and during the work. His attention to detail was on point! He even checked in after. (And he'll play with your pup... LOL) Jason was in the heat (literally) and on it for the touch ups! Brett was fantastic every time I called the store!

RIC was able to get me on the schedule when I had hoped and their installer was fast, efficient, and took great care in his work. He didn't just ignore some problems they came across at tear out, but was up front and quick to make sure I knew they could fix things and would take care of me. I came home from medical appointments to find a beautiful floor almost finished and woodwork going on. He made sure everything looked the way I wanted and was clean before he left. I highly recommended 👌 them and will be calling them in the future.

We love our newly tiled shower....100 yr old home with sub flooring issues. It was handled with such grace. Older homes come with issues .... such as its impossible to find replace sizes for trim. Josh and the team did a great job. We did shower with stool, floor and partial wall. It returned life back into a lack luster area and made it safe and water tight. (Cabinets will be changed out when the back orders on things clear up)

Wonderful experience! My hardwoods needed refinished for a long time and RIC Flooring did a beautiful job. Scott did a great job sanding them down and applying the new finish. I'm a very happy customer!!

RIC flooring started refinishing my floors the same day they came for an estimate and had it finished in just a couple days! They look great and I was impressed with how fast they were able to start the job and get it done. They were also helpful moving furniture and cleaned up before they left.

I hired RIC Flooring to tear out old hardwood flooring we have and install vinyl flooring.
It was a very large area, and they moved all the furniture, did all the tearout and hauling it away.
The installer showed up on time, was able to answer all my questions about the floor.

I had a great experience working with RIC Flooring. Adam who managed our project and Brett who installed our floor were both great to deal with. RIC prices were affordable and they were able to schedule our project before the date I wanted it completed. When Brett installed the floor he completed the project in a day and it looks beautiful. Jason was awesome. He can out and spent some time helping my wife and I clean up a backsplash tile job we did where we had some excess mortar, and needed some help. He came out in a timely manner, cleaned it, caulked it, and left our home just the way it was before he had arrived. Very professional, fast, friendly service, and quite affordable. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Jason requesting upstairs flooring be completed in my upstairs living room, he was fast efficient, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He did great work and wasted no time getting me an appointment to have completed. Thanks so much for the awesome work!

Had some carpet torn out in the bedrooms and basement stairs and replaced with matching LVP with the rest of the upstairs. Brett was great with the install and very mindful of keeping things neat and tidy. I found out they do other work like baths/showers and trim so I will definitely be using RIC flooring again. Very pleasant experience and overall great staff.

Josh refinished my wood floors beautifully! Communication was excellent, and work was completed quickly. I can tell he takes pride in his work. After so many not so great experiences with vendors after the Derecho, this was a welcomed relief!

RIC is very professional in there work. Cleaned up after themselves. The guys where very polite any questions that myself or wife had was answered and explained to us in a timely manner and in detail so that we understand what they where explaining to us.
