After a disappointing visit to the University store and being told that because my son didn’t have his receipt they wouldn’t take back the rotors he had bought, my wife and I went to the Kimball location expecting an argument. But the employees there were extremely helpful especially Trevion who handled the situation very professionally and had 0 problems returning the rotors because they were of course under warranty. Myself along with my family have decided to make this location our main store because of this interaction, while none of us are willing to return to the university store. It’s amazing how 1 employee can make such an impact on customer satisfaction either bad or good. Thank you Treyvion keep up the good work !!

Amazing customer service today! The manager went way above and beyond for me, and Dylan helped us put in our complicated as heck battery. 10/10 I love how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful they are. Great job guys!

My van started having issues with all kind of lights suddenly lighting up my dashboard on my way from a doctor appointment. I stopped at Autozone Auto Parts on Kimball Ave and the young curly haired man inside was the best. I wobbled in with my cane and told him what had happened. He came right out with a scan and told me what was had happened and printed out a sheet with possible causes to take to a mechanic. I wish I had got his name. Great customer service from this young man!

went here Sat. to get a car gas cap and the guy gave me wrong one. So took back today. Had a very helpful gentleman Buddy who got the right one and actually put it on for me. you have a very good employee there. Thank you He even gave me a discount for all my trouble.

I was having issues with replacing my license plate, a piece was just not cooperating, I went in a few different times, & each time the guys working were SO helpful! They came out to my car to try & get my plate off, a day later when we got the piece to come out, they were super helpful with getting the piece off the bolt (it’s been a whole thing). This was my first experience at this location & honestly, I will be coming back to this shop whenever I need anything auto related! 10/10

I didn't have to wait the service was great they were friendly and nice to speak with about what I needed as far as parts for my vehicle.

Stoped in almost two weeks ago. Needing a new bulb. Got the wrong one ( my fault for using the manual, instead of asking for help) guys were great at helping me get this issue straight. As well as helped me get past some hoses to replace them. Greatful for their assistance

I have been in your store twice within a couple of months, to first purchase batteries for my key fob and today to purchase wiper blades. Since I am a senior citizen (73) and live alone, I asked if the employee could put the battery in my key and today if he could put my wiper blades on. I forgot his first name, but Camp was his last name. He is the one that helped me before. He was pleasant, courteous and when I offered him a tip , he thanked me for offering, but stated they don't take tips. I feel Mr. is a valuable employee and I want the Manager to know.

AutoZone is generally a friendly helpful place for people to go. I feel like I'm tempting fate but so far everybody I have encountered at AutoZone has gone out of their way to assist me.
