They were very helpful in finding the right tiles for my sons kitchen backslash

We just purchased a new Samsung smart oven from Lowe's home improvement store in Waterloo, Iowa. The guy that helped us was super helpful and made the process easy. While I was checking out I noticed that they had spruce trees on sale for $5! So I picked up a few of those as well. Would definitely recommend Lowe's and will be using them again.

I was out there Nov.22. I have NEVER had so many employees ask if they could help me! So many times I have shopped at Home Improvement stores where it seems like they hide from you. They were all kind, which I appreciate, especially when I know how trying the holidays can be for retail.

Had everything I needed! Helpful staff. Lots of new indoor plants coming in. Picked up another Bonsai tree and Peace Lily; 8/20/22 - pickup up 30" x 30" wall cabinets for our laundry room. Lowe's had a good selection in stock and a large variety of finishes and colors in pre-finished. We were in and out in 15 minutes! Update: 1/8/2023 stopped in for a few items. Sharkbite fitting, thermostat, light switch, TV wall bracket. Lowes always has a good selection and quality items. 5/20/2023 Stopped in for our summer planting needs. Very healthy looking plants. Prices a little higher than 2022, but what isn't. Now the work begins.

This place was spectacular. You know when you pick up an item but the price tag on the shelf it's not the correct one. Here everything is in order, so easy to check your prices. And the lady on the paint department was amazing, she told me everything I needed to know about redoing my deck. It is awesome wen people working in a department actually know about it. Been there twice and I'll keep on going even when I got to drive an hour from my house.

We have been to Lowe's many times in the past and it was hard to find help or a smiling face anywhere, but today was a totally different experience. So many nice workers willing to help in all different departments and it didn't matter if they were older or younger, they were super nice and helpful. Way to go, management. You are making us Lowe's customers once again.

Dave was awesome in getting us set up with paint and tile! We were in and out if Lowes very quickly! Very friendly, helpful staff!

Stopped in to shop a bit, haven't been to Lowe's in a long time. Was glad I stopped as I found some items I can't find anywhere else. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I ordered a new fridge from the Waterloo store and we are loving it so far. The delivery guys were timely, professional, friendly and courteous. We were very pleased by the level of care they showed in delivering and installing our fridge.

Lowes is absolutely amazing! Always clean and organized and every 10 seconds someone asks if you need help finding anything. So when I do finally give up in trying to find it myself I know in just another 10 seconds someone will ask if I need help 🙃

Needed some paint/stain and wasn’t sure what to use to duplicate what had been put on years ago. I went to Menards in cedar falls and had a nightmare of an experience. Came here to Lowes in Waterloo and Nancy was more than helpful. Got me to some matching products with some matching colors quickly and was very patient and kind about it. Excellent service, will be back for more paint soon.

Employees there helped me find the exact tile I was looking for and loaded it up and took it to the front desk for me while I continued shopping. I was also looking for very hard to find screws that fit my new handles and my old cabinets, although they didn’t stock the right size there was 3 employees trying to help. Very thankful!

Online search tells you exactly where to find your product. Alot of Made in the USA products available. Friendly, helpful service that respected your space. Reasonable prices, clean and organized facility that made you feel good about shopping there. Wide variety of products that inspires the soul to DIY projects :)

Very clean store. Aisles are very well lit. Lots of help, and they were busy. It is still surprising that people do not know about microwaves. Got tired of waiting for that sales person. Ended up doing a return and purchasing a replacement on line. Still a well laid out store.

Love this Lowes. We needed a new dishwasher. They helped us find the dishwasher right for us, set up shipping and haul away, and had us checked out and on the way home - all in under 20 minutes! That's what I call service!

Okay, honestly I only visit the garden center here. They have a great selection of indoor plants that get restocked regularly. I stop twice a month to check out their selection. Staff are available to assist, but they aren't following you around pushing for sales. Very relaxed atmosphere and my preschooler likes to check out the various decor.

Staff I always helpful when I go in especially the guy in and around the lawn mowers and such, today I went to the garden section, all 3 women were very nice and helpful especially the "seasoned flower expert" I forget her name it started with an E I believe. Very happy 😊
