Got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was really delicious. Make sure to get some extra napkins if you get the delicious “Saucy Nuggs “.

1st time in a Wendy’s in forever, and it was such a positive experience. Most fast food places are dirty with help that doesn’t want to be there. This was so clean I wouldn’t be scared to grab a stray fry that falls on the tables. The floors and bathrooms are spotless. The help is so kind and patient. They worked as a team to get our order filled quickly. No one was gossiping or on their phones. There are gluten free options like baked potatoes. Spacious seating available and handicap accessible. Modern drink dispensers with endless options. Food was tasty and warm. If we ever come back to the Cedar falls area I would eat there again. Thanks for the great experience at a Wendy’s!

For a Wendy’s, it’s probably the best one in the area. They’re usually fast preparing the food and it’s usually good each time.

Not a fan of the Coke Freestyle machines for pop..wish they’d swap those out with regular machines.

Great customer service and got my order, correct. I asked for no cheese on a sausage burrito And got exactly that. Thank you

I decided to do this review because of one young man that gives….wait for it…..Exceptional Service each and every time I’ve ordered. The receipt says Nikolae ( I can’t pronounce it so not sure if male or female) but I can describe the young man…picture a care bear with a little Afro and chubby cheeks short and husky light-skinned all positive attributes. Follow that description and you will find him..anywho. He is always patient, professional, clean, helps you with your order if your unsure, makes sure you have condiments and napkins in your bag, his mannerisms are very good. I hope management realizes a great employee when one is on thee books because he is one…keep that up you will make a great leader, super or even manger. It’s nice to come to a place and be treated so well he is just awesome.Thanks so much for each time you got my orders right and was patient.

This Wendy's is the best spot in town! Always fresh & hot with great staff!

I'm a truck driver and visit this Wendy's about two to three times a week when I'm in the area. I was actually telling my wife how much I enjoy this particular Wendy's because of how good and fresh the food is.... The food is consistently fresh and hot. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad meal from this location. At this day in age when most fast food places are not very good, this place is definitely not that. I literally watched the lady that made the sandwiches and she put the exact amount of condiments on every sandwich and it was just right, not sloppy or thrown together, I mean perfect.... I truly enjoy this Wendy's and I'll keep coming here whenever I'm in the area.

Always quick service, and the associates are cheerful.

I don't eat very often here but what I had was very good.

I'm limited these days to just chili and baked potatoes so it gets rather depressing thinking yay, same food. I have to say they try to be consistent with exactly how you order your meal. I have to stress to the staff, to someone like me where this is it at this time. Everything in the food matters! Ty for those that care and insure order is tasty and correct. - Eating to live

I am Autistic and mostly non-verbal due to anxiety around my ASD and anxiety disorders. The employees last night worked very well with me and were able to effectively communicate with me despite me not being able to verbally communicate well and them not knowing ASL. Big shout out to the blonde woman who took mine and my partner's order for making sure we felt welcome and not making me feel out of place despite my disabilities. I wish I'd have gotten her name but my partner also lost the receipt. She was absolutely awesome as was the woman in the yellow coat with her last night. I think it was around 10pm when we went last night or maybe after. Either way, much better than the time I went a few months ago. Thank you!!

Good food always at Wendy's. I got their Frosty card for $3. Now I can get the small Frosty for free every time I eat there for a year.

I got lunch at 11:00 am. So hot and fresh delivered quickly. Top it all off with a frostie. Its a good day at Wendys!

I live by the university location but we choose to drive out of the way to go to this one. Always hot and fresh food and nice employees

Honestly it's the staff at this location that made the meal great. Both Cornelius and Sam were super friendly, kind and helpful and had big welcoming smiles. Sam even offered our little 7 year old a nice toy which was lovely.

We have been driving since Sioux Falls SD to Rochelle IL and this was a lovely and refreshing stop.

Also have to say how impressed we were with how lovely and clean the place was. It was immaculate as we're the staffs presentation personally.

Sam was even wiping down the whole restaurant from top to bottom really thoroughly whilst we were there which was even more impressive because it was already so clean... Bravo guys great dinning experience.

Yes, I had to wait longer than I would if I'd gone elsewhere. Yes, it was drive thru only. They don't always have the staff to support indoor and drive thru. They made that known right away and I accepted it. Because I wasn't a jerk to them, some of my items were upgraded for free. All I did was show a little kindness and respectful treatment toward a fellow human and I could tell they appreciated it. The guy ahead of me in line couldn't manage it, he was a butthead. Several people behind me were too. But my food was good, my expectations were met, and I will go back.

Starting off by saying these are some of the friendliest night shift people I’ve met, and I know it can be hard to be enthusiastic during a night shift! Threw in some extra things for us when we had to wait. Food was fresh and all in all the service was pretty nice.
