Love these guys. Always very helpful with cross referencing what we need for our business. And let's be honest, they have some experienced folks that can help. I feel for some of the other parts stores that cannot staff folks with knowledge, but Napa has done well so far. Thanks Waterloo Napa for all your help!

They said in cedar rapids the they don't sell northland oil at thier store. But truth

Just bought a new battery and I had left my tools at home. They loaned me a socket set so I could swap out my battery.

They are great here. Went out and helped me get windshield wipers I bought unto car.

Old counterparts worker are very good and helpful. They could sell ice cubes to a Eskimo.

I love this Napa store! They're always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond.
