HUGE shout out to Sheetz Towing!

I manage a towing company myself, and let me tell you their whole crew is top notch! I am out of town (here in Evansdale) and needed a shipping container unloaded. They have the equipment and manpower to get the job done, and they are very reasonably priced. If you are in the Waterloo/ Cedar Falls area and need a tow, Sheetz is the place to call!

Absolutely amazing service, I thought my battery/starter/plugs were all dead, Joshua pulls up and asks if he can see if he can start my car, magically it starts and he walked me through getting my battery replaced, and then didn’t charge me at all. Great service! Thank you!!

Called Sheetz for a out of town tow. I was stranded on the side of the road miles away from home In below zero temperatures. Even though it was after hours Sheetz had a quick response and made contact with me throughout my wait just to ensure I was safe. Once my driver got there he was very concerned and polite. I would use them again and also recommend them for towing needs.👌

Despite my car being towed (that’s a separate issue that doesn’t involve them) my experience picking my car up the next morning was good due to very friendly staff and a sweet cat!!

Called on Holiday Weekend, driver arrived in great time, very professional, highly recommend. Reasonably priced too.

These guys are the BEST in the biz. Josh was so wonderful to work with. Not only did he come help me out this past Saturday after locking my keys in my car but again this AM at 5 in the morning. They are fast, kind and I wouldn't contact anyone else in the area for towing/car needs. Thanks, Josh!!

Josh has been a huge help, even after my near death accident.. he assisted in being patient with my limitations on being physically able to get belongings from the truck. Thanks Josh!

Our family has used Sheetz towing several times. They were quick to pick up our cars and give us a ride back to safety. They are very affordable ,which we appreciate it!!

They were very quick to get to us and get us towed across town. Super friendly too. They got there before the relative that gave us a ride. Thanks Sheetz!

They are courteous when talking to them in person or on the phone. They will give an ETA (estimated time if arrival) which has been fairly accurate. I had an additional issue that occurred during r he time in between my getting a ride and the towing pickup. The driver alerted me to it and sent me photos. Ultimately nothing I could have done legally but the attempt to help was appreciated.

Very polite, prompt, and professional. Excellent customer service. I sent them alllll the way out to cedar wapsi and my car had already been towed by the sheriff's dept. They didn't even end up charging me.

Very honest tow truck driver very caring like actual care and concern for you Now for mechanical above and beyond was on his way home at 1130pm to wash up and see family but stayed until around 2am found part put part on and believe it or not they where cheaper than the battery and service call I had with another "mobile machine" before I found sheetz just to be told can't find part wait till morning this guy's got it done thank you
