Tax stuff is definitely among the most terrifying things I have had to do in my adult years, Tracy has made that task be as painless as possible. Recently, I purchased property and kicked off my own business and had A LOT of questions. She was kind enough to review the best options to maximize benefits not just in our appointment but via email and scheduling time aside to go over other stuff as well. I cannot recommend her enough. I called Tracy in need of someone who could help me with Quickbooks. She agreed to meet within two days. After spending time with Tracy I have realized I would have benefited greatly if I would have found her about three years ago when I started my small business. She taught me a lot within that hour, helped me set some goals, and I was on my way. I was referred by a coworker to Tracey to assist with my taxes as I had done them myself and my calculations led to a lower refund than expected. She called me back promptly to schedule (2 other companies in town that provide tax services wouldn’t even call back to schedule). After reviewing my paperwork she let me know that I was in fact correct and while she would be happy to do my taxes she would not charge me if a chose to file them on my own since she would likely get the same refund for me. We are in a complicated year as we have moved from CA to OR, run a business and are selling a home in CA. I normally do my taxes but given the complexity of this year, I needed to find someone I trust to give me some advice and potentially do my taxes for 2020.
