Slugs 'N Stones 'N Ice Cream Cones

Had the huckleberry cheesecake icecream in a sundae and omg it was delicious! My only complaint is I couldn’t move after consuming it and needed to be carried, or possibly rolled. Also, love the customer service! Gentlemen gave my son a free toddler cone and it made his day!

Amazing prices! What a breath of fresh air to get ice cream with the family without breaking the bank. Very sweet family run environment. Seating available or just eat and walk by the harbor. Huge variety of flavors. Rocky Road is 5 stars! Huge scoops. Most of the kids get fun cotton candy flavored ice cream with bright blue and pink colors. Pick this place over Dairy Queen every time. FYI: 5% fee for using card, so bring cash.

Must go to place if in brookings, lots of options, there's also fresh taffy and other gift ideas and candy's. Not just Ice cream. Fun family places to grab a "snack"

Slugs N' Stones is a delight. Such a fun place. And such good ice cream!

I knew this place was going to be good when I saw the sign proudly proclaiming that they served Umqua ice cream. It's hard to go wrong from there. Umqua is pretty darned good ice cream, in my opinion. And man, do they have a lot of flavors. It's hard to imagine not finding something you'd like. There are even a few sugar-free selections as well as sorbets AND frozen yogurt.

You will also find a small candy store stocked with taffy, gummy bears, and other treats.

They also have some incredible icea cream menu selections to choose from. But you can build your own cone or sundae as epic as your conscience will allow. And they have all the toppings you need to craft the perfect sundae.

I opted for a very large brownie sundae with a couple scooos of Umpqua and generous amounts of both butterscotch and hot fudge. All if this was buried under a deep layer of whip cream with a 🍒 on top. Photo attached!

Cute and charming store to get ice cream. Lots of Taffy, candy, and other sweets to try. There's a room to hangout and enjoy your treats. Arcade games, board games available to play while you hang out.

We love coming here, the kids think the ice cream is the best and the prices are great. Plus there is an affordable candy shop too.

I really love this ice cream shop. They serve my favorite brand of ice cream with A LOT of different flavors. It’s also close to the beach so it’s awesome to pick up some ice cream, drive to the coast and just watch the waves roll in while you enjoy your ice cream. I go here every single time I’m in Brookings.

Flipping delicious, kids had a slimy green sundae thingy which was awesomely good and my sundae was perfect and delicious for a hot day in Brookings. Their menu is awesome, full of different things to get. Love love love!!

AMAZING. Super nice people working there, offers ice cream, kettle corn, and much more. They have candy toppings and everything! I have tried multiple ice creams ther and all of them were amazing,

It’s a cute place. The kids enjoyed the slug leading the way along the side of the building to the door.
They have many flavors to choose from and were quick to get our order. You can’t beat $1 kids cones :)
I also took advantage of their 1/2 price taffy sale although they didn’t have a lot to choose from (I’m guessing because of the sale and it’s not summer yet?)
I’m sure we will be back.

I've had some pretty good ice cream in my travels, but this was outstanding.

Excellent selection of ice cream flavors and toppings. Very friendly staff. Kids cones are very reasonably priced which makes it easy for everyone to get their own flavor and cone with a family of four.

Delicious treat after a meal at the Hungry Clam! The huckleberry cheesecake was our favorite! We will be visiting again before we leave to try other flavors! (walk-up and drive-thru orders welcome at the same window)

This was a pleasant surprise; the flavors were good and we felt like the base ice cream was superb. Best salted caramel I have had.

Found this place while exploring the between the California Oregon line. Lots of great flavor options and a nice view out along the pier.

Super cute! I had never seen a drive-thru ice cream shop before and we loved it. Delicious ice cream and friendly staff.

Me and my brother went to this place to get salt water taffy while our family was visiting Brookings harbor and stopped to eat at the Catalyst. Let me say first I bought some Caramel kettle corn and it was fantastic. My brother and I then went inside to get the taffy and there was a young man in there working and let me tell you he was amazing he was about maybe 18 or so but he had the most polite attitude and he helped pick some really good taffy. I was surprised he was so friendly and he helped and let us know some good flavors and he showed us how it was actually well organized and basically in alphabetical order. Very very good job young man you was phenomenal keep up your respectful and welcoming attitude you made the shirt visit for taffy a good one.

Fun place with a great selection of flavors. Quality ice cream and lots of toppings. Prices are reasonable and service is great.
