Not sure why reviews aren’t better (other than people choosing to not get the warranty), I had a wonderful experience all around when getting my new to me Yukon! Sharon & Luke we’re the main ones I dealt with but everyone there was so helpful, kind and patient. I will definitely be back for the next one!

Great little dealership. I went here for the first time this past weekend. I drove 100+ miles from Humboldt to have them service my 2019 Miata. This will now be my dealership of choice for service on my Miata.

My husband and I went to this dealer ship on 10-1-23 to inquire about a CX-30 we were interested in. Luke provided a print out of information on the car and Bernie gave us wonderful information about the car, options and financing. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. It was a pleasure dealing with a no pressure situation. We would highly recommend this car dealer.

I wasn't the one who bought a car here, but I work for another organization that shares a mutual customer. Sharon had to contact me on behalf of the customer in regards to a mistake that was made on our end. This put the customer in a financial strait. I can tell Sharon genuinely cares about her customers, and although it was our responsibility to correct the error, she was willing and ready to help them in case we hadn't been.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought many cars in my lifetime. And this was the first time I didn't cry. No pressure! Sharon the financial guru was a gem💗. Everything was explained, I walked away full of joy and satisfaction.

Amazing place with really excellent customer service. All the staff here are very prompt and nice, they replaced my wife's bulbs that went out and an oil change. All staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and got it done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend coming in here it was an incredible experience. The service department was just great. We're from Texas and we were a long way from home when the clutch went out on our 2010 Mazda 3. Called several shops that were closer and they all said it would be at least two weeks. Then we called Bishop Mazda. They were so nice. They did everything possible to expedite our repair and get us back on the road. They even gave us a loaner to drive at no charge! Had it out in two days and the cost was very reasable. Thank you Bishop Mazda!

Unbelievable customer service! We are not local and came in after our vehicle would not start up. We had been turned away at other mechanics due to them not knowing how to help us with our Mazda. Bernie Bishop Mazda not only didn't turn us away when we called needing help but their amazing technician worked diligently to find a solution for us so we'd be able to continue our honeymoon and be able to return home. Their technician went more than the extra mile and pulled our car apart until they found the broken aftermarket security system that was preventing our car from starting. We cannot say thank you enough. Choose Bernie Bishop Mazda for all of your car needs, they were our saviors and they can be yours too!

Went in for some maintenance on my car and they were super fast. They were very friendly when answering all of my questions about the safety of my car. It also turned out to be cheaper than expected. All around great experience I will definitely be returning!

My husband and I have horrible credit and just moved to town we traveled cross country with a rental because our vehicle had to be junked the day before we left for Oregon and Donnie got a bank to approve our loan on the used SUV we wanted it was our first choice because of the size and options (we are a family of 5 with two small dogs) and he made it happen he also worked two new rear tires into the deal !!!! I bought my first car here over 7 years ago. The buying process was easy going, they did all the legwork and took great care of me. The car maintenance folks are amazing as well! After moving back years later and dealing with awful dealerships in Eastern Oregon I knew right where to go when we made our most recent purchase! We just upgraded to a Mazda 6 and are loving it. My car needed a new battery and an oil change. They got it in and took care of business. The hoses needed to be replaced, so I made an appointment and got those taken care of as well. The technician was thorough in his work. My car is in great working condition. Thank you Bernie Bishop Mazda!

I was traveling from the Bay Area to Portland (a vacation trip) when I realized than I forgot to have my car scheduled factory maintenance (I bought my Mazda 6 a half a year ago). I have noticed this dealership on our way and decided to check if they can do the maintenance for me, what would vector waiting time etc. Long story short - they admitted the car immediately, I went for a breakfast with my family and after one hour we came back and the car was ready. I highly recommend this place, the service was excellent.

My wife and I just bought a 2014 Mazda 6 and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a buying car. Donnie and Luke were both pleasant and professional.
