Well maintained, nobody bothers you, peaceful community.I enjoy my home which was remodeled before I moved in so was very nice.The manager is a very nice lady that handles everything very well.Great place to live.

This is a very nice and quiet place to live staff and landlord is very understanding and friendly and they always take the time to get the job done and go beyond to make the tenant have good warm home; I moved in about 8 months ago and these new owners are very concerned to see the tenant is very comfortable where they live. It is very affordable too ask for Autumn the manager or Dan the landlord very nice people and concerned for their tenants

I lived in 3 different places out there and the people were great and fix stuff as soon as I had a problem with anything. I wish I would of never moved out of there I had many good friend thare

This place has its ups and a down.
My down was it was a very old trailer so heating was expensive. But space heaters saved bunches of money. Now we got that over with. The ups: I was able to have doggos, cats, and bunnies. When I had an issue the manager was quick with solutions. I know that the manager has a huge heart and as long as you communicate with her she is leaniate. I'm a single mother with many animals who likes to enjoy life. She was very understanding and stuck by her word when it came to not penalizing me. I had 1 bad experience there, and she 100% handled it with God-given wisdom. The manager also has been an ear to me and the people out there and tries to help with what ever resources she has such as giving neighbors rides to places and even going out of comfort zone for me. Supplies kiddos with snacks after school and is a huge advocate for all the tenants to the owner who as I understand cares as well. I'm grateful for the time I was able to be a tenant and blessed to have met miss autumn. Oh they are also on point with the grass mowing and she allowed me to even have a garden. Kid/family friendly!

Cheap. Property manager nice and works with you if you have an issue
