Lincoln Place

I've been very happy here for the past 6 years. Have always had lovely neighbors in my area. Raven has always been very fair to me
She's always helpful and does everything she can to make this a good place to live. And I like her-shes very personable and friendly.

I've lived here for awhile with no success I've tried to get a tree removed in my that is pushing against gas meters no one would help so I tried again with raven from the time I gave raven the pictures of the tree in my yard to the time it was cut down was total of a week! Hats off to raven she got it asap just like she said she would I'm so excited to it gone. Thank you so very much

Enjoying my new home here. The movie in process was great. The home was clean and modern. Now a days you can't find a up to date home for a good price . Yet here the home was perfect and stylish.the manager communicated very well and it's always on top of things. Maintenance is professional as well. I truly make a great choice moving here

This place has became a nice placed to live since the manager Raven started here. A lot of us really appreciate her and all that she does. To the maintenance staff thank you as well for coming quickly to complete my orders

We moved into a recently renovated mobile in the summer of 2022. As with any reno, there were some issues we found after moving in, and the community manager and maintenance team resolved them very quickly. The finishes are all high quality in the unit, the environment is quiet and pleasant and we are really enjoying living here. The community manager and office staff are friendly and very responsive to our needs, so we are sure that if anything comes up they will take care of it effectively for us. If you are looking for a quiet, well run park, give Lincoln Place a look.

Corporate sucks , the only people who have helped us get any answers are the maintenance men Pat and Andre . Keep getting new managers , and not one has called back to talk with me about the issues we have with this place. I give the two maintenance men 10+ starts if I could but corporate gets a 0 . Maintenance does more work and care more then park managers and corporate .

I’ve lived out for 8 years now and I think it gets better every year. It’s quiet and I have no issues. We currently have the best maintenance team we’ve ever had. Jimmy and Larry go out of their way to take care of the people who live out here. Keep up the good work guys!

I’m giving 5 stars but not because of Lincoln place itself but because of Andre and Pat the maintenance men- they are very helpful and very friendly. They came and fixed our bathroom for us a while back ago and we’re just so kind to my son and my animals .

The maintenance man Andre and Pat are the best things at Lincoln place I have lived here for 9 years and they are definitely the best maintenance man we've ever had they're so involved in the community as far as the office workers we never see them five stars for maintenance men

Been there twice. Looks like a nice quiet place. All trailers have to be shingle roof and vinyl siding. Few people that I saw that live there seemed like nice people. There is a playground and a bus stop for kids up by the office. Internet is Mediacom. Lot Rent is 337(?) plus water/sewer/trash so maybe 400(?) plus electric and gas which are both Ameren.

Raven went out of her way to make things happen for my family we contacted the office for months and got the same response and not taken seriously we went to raven about our problem and she got it resolved the same day she is very professional and courteous she is down to buisness and we appreciate her the park needs someone like her ❤

Lincoln place has it’s perks and downfalls. Downfalls when they sold the property to Yes Communities it seems like no one knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. The perks as a homeowner the maintenance team doesn’t have to do anything for us but Jimmy and Larry will go out of their way to help us if we need it and that’s anytime day or night.

11 months ago I lived in this community and it was okay now they're having problems with management and they are not getting maintenance things fixed and they are not paying their contractors it is a big mess and they are lying to people and telling them stories and they don't even have personnel to staff at the Lincoln place mobile home park in Springfield Illinois and to reach anybody in the corporate office is a joke I would stay completely away from this place if I were you

I Absolutely Love The Maintance Men Pat And Andrea They Work So Hard To Please Everyone They Can Only Do So Much And I Feel They Are Exceeding In Everything They Do.
They Are Flipping Amazing TY Guys For Everything U Do No One Else Has Done As Much As U Guys

Beautiful clean and friendly environment kids have a playground and they're is a fishing pond! I was very impressed with the quality of the homes in the area

Nice clean friendly the people from the area of springfield are very friendly and helpful
