I stopped in to get SIM cards for new lines that I am adding to my account for using used phones I bought from a 3rd party. I came in was greeted warmly. I explained what I needed. Laura took my info for the sale which was free for being a Verizon customer. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service. Now I just go to Verizon.com and get signed up for my 2 new phone lines. Great service!

Blake was exceptional at setting me up with my new iPhone. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He was the only representative working on a Sunday. He greeted everyone the moment they walked in through the door. He was juggling 4 customers at one time, all of us purchasing new phones and needing data transfers. All of my data transferred seamlessly, and that is a first for me, with any phone purchase! I was simply amazed how Blake handled all of us simultaneously. He is a gem! He could give customer service tutorials to your new representatives.

Very easy to get a new phone. I switched from AT&T to Verizon, and I love the transition. Service was great at the store. Blake was very professional, and had great knowledge on the products and service. Whole process maybe took a hour. Not long at all, and well worth it. Thank you.

Josh was so awesome! Not only did he find me the best deal available, but he also shared stories and listened to my stories. He employed the engagement model to a T and customized his service to my personality. Not to mention, I walked out of there with my new phone fully functional as my previous setup had been. Stellar!

Dave at Russell Cellular was fantastic. Very knowledgeable on plans and phones. He got me a great deal on a new phone and we upgraded our plan with him as well. Absolutely the best Verizon store in the area.

Staff here is very helpful and fun to work with. They are very kind and helpful during any process and go above and beyond for customers. I genuinely enjoyed my experience here and will be returning for future business regarding my account and upgrades.
Major shout out to Jeff, who helped not only us but several other customers promptly and with expert care while also training a new hire. He was cool under pressure from various sources and managed to make sure every customer got what they needed before they left. We were there about 2 hours (my old phone was being annoying with connecting to transfer info) and honestly did not feel rushed, frustrated, or even bored during that time. Highly recommend if you are a verizon customer, and in store they had many advertisements for military and first responder discounts so worth checking out if you are considering switching to verizon.
Overall, 10/10 would shop here again.

Excellent customer service! I could not recommend Dave at this Vorizon store more highly! He spent 90 minutes fixing my phone, made sure that I (a senior) understood what I needed to do differently, and also helped a 79 year old farmer who was having problems with his email. Dave says "I'm old school" (in a good way) and it shows! 💜 ❤ ❤

Coming into the store right when they opened is the time to go if you don't want to wait, Dave was very helpful with all the questions I had with my upgrade will be back, very laid back atmosphere got me in and out in a timely manner. Purchased the Samsung S20 Fe, didn't need all the bells and whistles this phone will suit my needs many years to come.

We stopped at the Verizon store on Dirksen Pkwy in Springfield, IL just to look at new phone for my husband. We met Blake Jenkins/Russell Cellular. Blake was so helpful and knowledgeable that we bought the phone online and picked it up there at the store. Blake got everything set up for us and we walked out with new phone and the plan we selected. I recommend Blake to anyone wanting help with service.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guest service...I was not having a good day as you could imagine with having problems with a new phone. They took the time to help and were very patient. I highly recommend 10/10!!

I called Jeff Thursday evening explained the problem with my phone. I was told it was gone. He told to come in next morning. I got a new phone and tablet. Jeff is very knowledgeable and was helpful. Thank you for being in the northend.
