Duggins was great to work with from start to finish! My wife and I researched and called around to several different reputable countertops places only to be told to bring in measurements or they can’t help us. We were so relieved when Lorraine Duggins told us she would come out the next day and give us a rough estimate with her measurements before the laser measurements for final install. Im not a contractor so complex countertop measurements are not in my wheelhouse. They also explained multiple options about quartz, granite and solid surface, they educated us about our options and allowed us to make our decision - no pushy sales pitch. They gave us a timeline, showed up when they said they would and our estimate was our final price! What more can you ask for? I highly recommend Ted and Lorraine, 5 stars from service to construction quality!
