My little burgers were tasty, and the service was fine.

A++ strictly because they got my order correct!! Silly I know, but for whatever reason EVERY time I order my simple "add mayo" they can't get it. But today 😁 they did.
It's decent food when there's nothing else around worthy of a sit down meal. Although the prices are up there with a sit down meal cost!!

6 Krystals ordered through the drive thru were very hot and made fresh.

Always good Krystals and Fries. Service staff is always ready to serve whatever you are craving to eat.

We love the hamburgers at Krystal. We only wish we had Krystal restaurants in Maryland where we live. We always stop by the Krystal's in Trenton while on our road trips to the Gulf Coast. Robert provided us with great service during our most recent visit. Good hamburgers, friendly service and great prices.

Food is amazing! Out of state so this is our first time trying Krystals, tasted fresh and delicious and customer service was very hospitable and welcoming! Amazing experience

I have to give a shout-out to the staff at the Trenton GA location!! They are bomb! They have some of the BEST customer service in the industry. So if you get a chance to stop in and enjoy their hospitality give em a shout out from Oklahoma!!

Best Krystal ever! Drive through got our order exactly right, (and we have pretty out there request at times) and all the burgers and fries were unbelievably hot and fresh! I was starting to lose faith in Krystals but this locations staff renewed our faith! Great job!!

Took awhile (almost 20 mins) in the drive thru but I had ordered alot and it was lunch time. Food was correct and delicious. Service was friendly.

Stopped before going up the mountain to get a bite and had been travelling so wasn't sure what I wanted because I was so tired. They let me take my time and never rushed me at all. One my order was taken they were very quick to make it and even made sure the fries were hot and fresh..love that. The burgers did have mustard which I did request no mustard but they were quick to replace them. Great job and a great place to eat.

Absolutely love the new fries , They're far better then the cold floppy fries of old! Good job!!! A great burger needs a good fry to accompany it and these new ones are as good as anybody's and better then most!!

Stopped here a few times on my travels. The drive through ladies are always way too nice. Food is always hot. A step above other locations and other fast food joints.

My family wanted to stop here on the way home. We try to avoid Krystals because my husband hates onions and most Krystals scrape onions off, leaving behind residue that he can still taste. I specifically asked them to cook five without onions. They did great. The cashier made sure we had everything and was very thorough. They didn't take long to fill our large order either. Very happy with our service at this location.

We visited the drive thru around 2:45 or 3pm yesterday Nov 20. Used coupons!!Such friendly service!! Fresh hot burgers & fries and they were delicious!!! Thank You !!

Small wait, super fresh, veterans receive 10% off, friendly staff. I ordered hot wings and double cheese Krystals. I highly recommend the double cheese Krystals. No chili currently.
