AT&T Store

Sean was great! He has excellent customer service and wonderful problem solving skills. Give that man a raise! He deserves it!

We stopped today to get our two Samsung S23 phones set up. Fortunately, Sean was available to help us. We couldn't of been more pleased with the help Sean gave us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and couldn't have been more helpful in answering our many questions. He got both new phones up and running in no time! AT&T is very fortunate to have customer support people like Sean.

Sean and his colleague were helpful and patient and got me set up and out the door a happy customer!

5/5 best experiences at a phone store it was quick and easy in and out in 20 mins with my new phones and accessories! And on a holiday so thank you again the guy who was at the store was the best

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by a salesman who helped me right away. Had great conversations with the salesman and he was very polite and helpful. He was able to get me a good deal on the phone that I wanted, sadly I didn't get the color that I wanted, but that's okay because the color I did get came in second best. Raheem is the gentleman that I had the pleasure of speaking with. Great salesman and he's very personable and easy to talk to. I am definitely satisfied throughout the whole visit to the store and if I ever have any issues with the phone or questions about my service I would highly go to Raheem with my questions and concerns. He should get a raise.

I came in to get a new Apple Watch, had made passing comment about having had multiple lines added that we don’t use, made the purchase brett helped me and was very patient with questions. The next afternoon I got a call and nick and Brett called me to let me know that they investigated an issue about the extra lines and that they had already gone through the steps to have me taken care of without any hassle without me even asking them too. Would recommend them to anyone!

Every time I visit here, I get exceptional service. Everyone here is professional and looks out for the customer to give the best deals.

My aunt and I went to this location on Saturday to get a refurbished phone she had purchased online activated. Everything went very well and everyone was very helpful. After taking the phone home and trying to charge it we were having a problem with the volume button and that it wouldn’t charge. My aunt had given up on the refurbished phone and decided to just purchase a new one. Today we went back to this location where Becky helped us. My aunt just needed a little help learning about the volume button and to purchase a new wall charger. Becky saved my aunt a lot of money by her help in discovering the problems. Becky also told her she could call the store for help. Thanks Becky-we appreciated your great customer service!

Abe was very helpful and listened to us while we explained our situation to him. He clearly explained what we could do to resolve this problem. We were able to get this resolved within 30 minutes, which included driving to and back from our previous wireless provider.

I stopped into the store for a phone upgrade. Jimmy and Abe were both very helpful and made the process seamless and easy. I enjoyed working with them and they made the experience fun.

This is the only AT&T store we go to intown because of the quality service and it is on the otherside of town. Typically these days places give you a number to call and make you deal with your problem on your own, often causing the issue to go unresolved in my experience. At this location not only were we assisted on site, one of the employees, Sean, continued to follow up with us until our issue was resolved. He went out of his way after he was told I was going to be getting a call (which I never recieved) to take our issue seriously and stepped up and was the one to handle everything on our end. That saved us alot of time and stress. It really goes to show how much customer service matters. Thank you so much again!

Wes was incredibly patient and helpful with me and my lack of knowledge with cell phones. He made sure to get all my information transferred when I got a new phone. He also has a great beard, so clearly he is the best🙌. Thanks Wes!
