I would like to take this opportunity to THANK General Manager, Mr. Randy Brown. I so appreciate you accommodating me as my plans changed from day to day as I was awaiting my husband to be discharged from one of your local hospitals. You went out of your way to accommodate my needs in ensuring that I had a room to stay during this time and honoring my rate from one of your sister hotels. Know that I don't take this lightly. It made my burden a little lighter. ALSO, I would like to THANK Meisha for her outstanding customer service. She was very friendly and professional. I so appreciate her services at both of your hotels and most grateful that she took an additional step in recommending your place after the hotel in which I was staying was booked and was unable to accommodate additional time for me. Her services was greatly appreciated. You guys are the best! Know that your hotel will be my choice when staying in Huntsville and I will certainly share with my family and friends about your great facility and services. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and really nice. The location is great. The service was amazing and the breakfast was good.

Very nice place to stay. Got into a bind needing a room, and the staff went out of their way to find a room for me, and they were scheduled to be full that night! The staff is great, the hotel and room was clean and maintained... will definitely be back!

Great location and access to all Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal has to offer. Travel was for business, and the hospitality was outstanding.

It's been a good stay. I say that because my family was displaced due to work being done on our home as a result of our water heater breaking.

That said, this place is pretty nice, truth be told. The room was clean and sanitized before our arrival, and our move-in was made as smoothe as possible by the staff, that did everything they could to accommodate our needs, extensive as they are (my wife has Celiac and we needed to get anything like cookware that could be contaminated with gluten out of the room).

Our room was great and our room quiet. The bed was comfortable.

If I had to say something negative, the apartment sized refrigerator/freezer is...well, small. But it is nice having a full kitchen.

They have some good amenities here, a small convenience shop, a well-maintained pool, and a sports court with a basketball hoop.

The parking lot is also clean and well-maintained.

Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was so awesome, I really didn't want to leave. Everything was clean and sanitized. The hotel was so comfortable, I stayed in every chance I got. The staff was super nice. The free breakfast was worth waking up for. It's surrounded by any store that you might need and plenty of restaurants. I checked out today and I miss it already.

This is a great hotel! In my travels it is rare these days to experience great customer service. This hotel certainly offers this, and with a smile. Kat is great, warm, friendly and a great host. They even still make your bed each afternoon, tidied up and opened the curtains.

Residence inns are among my favorite hotels. This one was conveniently located, clean, comfortable. The bed was terrific. The suite spacious with full kitchen, lots of desk space, and pet friendly. Breakfast was huge and varied. Evening social 3 nights a week was nice. Convenient on site laundry with free detergent and bounce. I will be back.

The staff were great here. Kat was extremely caring and went the extra mile if any issues arose during my 8 week stay. Cynthia is an incredible housekeeper, caring, and even left me a surprise in my room on my birthday.
The hotel has a fantastic bbq grill (which I used a ton) and a classy fire pit to chill out and have a drink. There is a nice basketball court and outdoor pool (closed during winter though). The breakfast and manager’s reception were fantastic until they had to shut it down due COVID19. They served Shock Too beer and red and white wine with good food. I will certainly stay here again as the location is excellent situated next to Target and all the restaurants on University and minutes from the Providence area.

Surprisingly, this was a great choice for the cost! We stayed here with our Cub Scout's Pack for the weekend to visit The Space Center. The hotel is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, sofa, fitness roop with great equipment, pool and clean. The breakfast is free! It's conveniently located next to tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely select this hotel again when we visit Huntsville again.

I have stayed at this location twice. The rooms are always really clean and the location is quiet. There is a business center and breakfast is offered every morning.

This place is Wonderful!!! It is very clean! The staff is friendly and very hospitable. They also work around the clock to accommodate your needs! Especially Tamara at the front desk!!! I was traveling with my husband in a power wheelchair, my father-in-law in his walker, medical equipment, supplies, and luggage! Not once did they ever make us uncomfortable. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Staff and all employees are unbelievably kind and courteous. They will do whatever it takes to accommodate your needs. I stayed there for 99 straight days and was treated like family. Best place I've ever stayed.

This hotel is very clean and neat and the staff was very helpful. There is a pool and hot tub on the premises. We stayed here because we were attending a wedding about 10 minutes away, so it was the perfect location. I would definitely stay again.

Room was super nice and clean... it had a fireplace and was just super cozy... I would definitely stay again...

The room was nice and well kept. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and loved the waffles we could personally make fresh. Next time we are in town this is where we plan on staying.

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast area was well cared for and had a large variety of options to choose from. Many shopping and restaurant locations nearby.

Everything here is excellent! Rooms are clean in good condition and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Beginning of the week offers evening reception with nice noshes!

It was very pleasant this Suites we're very comfortable the room service was on time every time the weight room was very comfortable small but comfortable and the cable channels were exciting to watch they also had extra paraphernalia and amenities were very useful and convenient. It was a lovely place
