My husband wanted to surprise me with a cake for my birthday and Batter Up Cakes’ cake was beyond my expectations. The dragon eggs were made out of rice crispy and had vanilla cake. It was so beautiful I really did not want to cut into it. Thank y’all so much for making my birthday awesome.

We reached out to Batter Up for a birthday cake and smash cake, and we were incredibly pleased. The communication process was excellent and easy - we simply texted photos of what ideas/inspirations we had and Batter Up did the rest! They offered several cake flavor options and we went with chocolate chip for the main cake and chocolate for the smash cake.

We got a text reminder the day before pickup, and pickup was fast and easy. Everything was ready on time, we visually confirmed that the cakes were what we wanted, and they walked the cakes out to our car for us.

Our son absolutely loved his smash cake. I’ve never seen a baby dig so far into a cake before, so we know he enjoyed it! The main birthday cake was also a hit. Both were a great balance of sweet and decadent.

The pricing was also excellent. We paid roughly $90 for both cakes which we not only found to be fair, but a great value. We’ll be using Batter Up for future events!

I ordered my first of what will be many cakes in the future from Batter Up. The cake was exactly what I requested and was delicious. (Chocolate Chip) I was blown away by how many employees were working like a well oiled machine when I went for pickup. I made the mistake of not asking for a quote and held my breath while waiting for the cost. I was shocked at how reasonable it was priced. Thanks!!

We couldn't be happier with the wedding cake from Batter Up Cakes! With less than 30 days to spare, they accommodated our order without any issues. We wanted a chocolate cake with coconut, and their recommendation of coconut icing on the inside was perfect.

They went above and beyond by delivering the cake over an hour away, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. The price was great, and their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process.

My life changed today. I went to get salads for lunch and on my way out I was lured by the smell of freshly baked cookies into the front door of Batter up Cakes. I was immediately drawn to the impeccable selection of cookies. I bought 4 and left. Took a bite of each in the parking lot…when back in for 2 dozen. The caramel white chocolate is THE BEST cookie I have had in my whole life!!!! I would fight someone for the last one. It was soft and chewy…and at almost an inch thick in the middle…that my friends was like eating cookie dough…really really crazy good cookie dough. Then, there are also caramel ribbons throughout the inside of the cookie added a bit of crunch…topped off with a bit of salt. Yes - you can all thank me ahead of time if you have not heard of this place yet. Oh yeah, they also make specialty cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Run…don’t walk!!!!!

Batter Up Cakes was recommended by a friend. We ordered the cake we wanted. The customer service at this establishment is wonderful. The cake was beautiful and delicious. It was also priced very reasonably. We will definitely use them for all of our cake needs in the future. I highly recommend this place!

I hosted a baby shower for my sister-in-law yesterday and long story short...the lady I had originally ordered it with canceled a week before the shower date...I was freaking out and my co-worker found Batter Up Cakes in hsv, so we decided to give them a call. Batter Up Cake Bakery made the cakes for my daughter's wedding, and because those were so wonderful I chose them to make a cake for my other daughter's college graduation. I gave minimal but somewhat specific requests for the decorations. I was so happy to see that they had not only honored my requests but exceeded my expectations with their creativity and deliciousness! I feel like this photo doesn't do it justice. Additionally, both of my girls are severely allergic to nuts, and they were happy to make sure the cakes were made and decorated away from nuts. Other local bakeries have not been quite so accommodating for us. So, I cannot recommend this bakery enough! Thank you for the great job!

After COVID ruined my wedding plans, Batter Up Cakes was the ONLY business that held true to their word and applied my deposit at a later date. I was unable to have my wedding and lost 7 thousand dollars due to the venue and other catering businesses taking my money and running during the Covid shut down. 2 years later Batter Up Cakes applied my deposit towards my daughters 1st birthday cake. You have no idea how much this really meant to me! I was let down so many times but Batter Up Cakes runs their business honestly and with high morals. I will continue to use them and recommend every one else I know to use them too! Great cakes and great ownership!! Thank you so very much!

My family loves batter up bakery. We use them for every occasion and the cakes are so moist and delicious. The cakes are SO affordable. I would definitely recommend.

Delicious custom cakes AND they went above & beyond with the idea for our son’s cake at an affordable price. It was worth every penny for how amazing it tasted & how surprised he was.
