AT&T Store

There needs to be more than five stars here.

The customer service that we received during our visit was off the charts. I was literally blown away. I was so impressed that I had to make time to call the store the next day, ask for a manager, and thank them for their time and service in helping us.

Mia was the person that helped my family upgrade all of our devices. She was exceptionally knowledgable, professional and kind. As she sat with us, she helped us find the best solution, answered all of our questions and got us to where we needed to be.

During our visit, there was an issue with the upgrade process that was unexpected. Mia diagnosed it and gave us options. And then worked through the issue from start to finish. I saw also that she was reaching out to others as well, all the way up to a district manager, and her supervisor to solve the issue and get insight. The teamwork was inspiring to see.

My family is spread out across the country and when it really mattered, these are the folks that delivered. I can't say thank you enough.

Your staff are incredible. I can't underscore that enough. Give me a highlighter, and let me highlight, underline, circle that paragraph and call attention to that.

You've earned our business, our trust, and our appreciation.

Mia was the Representative that helped us on Saturday September 23rd. She was very helpful and calm during the entire 2.5 hours that we were there. Dealing with all the issues and explaining all of the changes and updates for both my husband and my phones. We will definitely go back to the Cambrige Store again and use Mia's service's again.

Mia was great! She needs more help!! She was running between several different customers because she was the only associate. Hope her day slows down a little.

I'm only giving 5 stars solely because of Mia. Hands down, the BEST store associative I have ever dealt with out of all the retail stores I have gone to. I will return and only use this store for all upgrades or issues I may have as long as I can work with Mia.

Mia was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. Answered all my questions and explained things in detail. She was very patient and did a very thorough job.

As someone who knows how these phone stores can be. This is hands down the best store I've been at. Christian (the store manager) is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Even when I've had questions that didn't involve a purchase I've made that day he's been able to find the correct solution or answer. Christian makes this location feel welcoming and best of all...he knows how to save you money while still getting you what you want! I'll only go to this store from here on out! Thanks Christian!

Great service. The Store manager Christain has helped with several purchases and upgrades. He k ows his stuff and has a fun attitude. Mia helped with my latest upgrade and did a great job as well.

I was at this location 2 times in the past week. Christian the manager was exceptional, both times were in saturdays. He greeted everyone as they came in and let you know it was going to be a while. The first day I was there with my daughter and 2 grand children and we had to wait 2 hours, because there were 4 other customers before us. He made sure to give each customer the time they deserved without rushing everyone through. It was a calming experience. He helped my daughter while the fourth person was on hold with corporate and stepped away to finish that call and once he was done with that person he completed with my daughter. The second time it was for my mother and he didn’t have anyone waiting. Both were good experiences.

Mia went above and beyond for us today. Very knowledgeable and determined!! She was so kind and patient as well.

Mia was dealing with multiple difficult customers and went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a new phone. She is great!

Christian at this store is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Only person I'd trust with phone stuff and only store I'll go to!

These five stars do not reflect on AT&T as a business; this is for their service representative, Christian, whom they are lucky to have.

Christian has a great ability to hear out the frustrations a customer may experience and manage the relationship well enough to maintain a positive expectation for the future billing. He brings an ability to the table that is unique to good humans. Recognize the Love and pass it on. Christian is the only reason I continue to be patient with the chaotic "order" known as AT&T.

Had a clustercuss when my wife and I tried to migrate onto our own account when we created it at a different location. Christian rocked and helped us untangle a symphony of error. Cannot more strongly recommend this particular location and this particular most excellent human for any ATT needs.

I had an issue with another AT&T location near me and so I went to this Cambridge location with my mom and was greeted by a gentleman who was in training and he said that Christian would be with us shortly and he sat and talked with us a little bit trying to get some information on what I was there for he was very kind and I thank him for that if he sees this you are super cool. But the manager Christian he is a straight up champ. I expressed to him my frustration with the other location that I was at to get my new phone a few days prior and how they wouldn’t help me with the issues that I was having and he helped me. This man went above and beyond anyone I’ve ever seen for customer service we were there about 5:50 PM until a few minutes before 10 PM and they closed at 7 PM he did everything he could to fix the other stores mistakes he was cracking jokes he was funny he was courteous and he was very Patient with some of the questions I had. I live in Forest Lake and I would rather go out of my way to come to the store then go to the one near me Because of how awesome Christian is. This man deserves a raise and I hope the district manager knows how lucky they are to have such an awesome outstanding employee like him. Thank you so much Christian I appreciate you! My only regret for this post is that I cannot give more than 5 stars.

Manager was patient and greeted everyone that came in and was sure to let people now where he was at the time and how long a wait would be. Moved smoothly along to us after 3 people ahead of us. Very well done!!!
