Leaf's Towing & Recovery

The driver that was dispatched to me was more than superb. He was able to help me out of my situation in record time. He arrived in a shorter time than expected. He was very professional, yet extremely kind & he was funny. I'd recommend Leah's to everyone. They are a bit spendy but I didn't mind spending a little extra when I can get this kind of service. You are an asset to this company. They should give you a raise. I've had some bad luck doing the same thing in the past. It took 3 different drivers & their big rigs over 2 hours just to get into my car & over 45 min. to arrive on the scene the last time this happened. I'm not complaining, I just felt bad for the 1st two guys who had to have been freezing out there. I was freezing in a full length fur lined Swade coat, gloves & hat.

I cant say enough awesome things about Leaf's Towing. They have been helping and rescuing me for years, everything from a lock out, to several winch outs, to many tows. Every single time I have needed them, they have been there and with a fast response every one of the guys Ive met are super friendly, not to mention good at their jobs. I am a single mom and 40 miles away from friends or family, and when I get stuck Im stuck and Leaf's has literally saved me so many times and the boss lady, so generous, she went above and beyond for me too. And Dave...a special thank you goes to you. You guys are fantastic, I appreciate you more than you know and I really cant say thank you enough. THANK YOU!!!

I can’t say enough about Draxten from Leaf towing and how he stepped up and got things done for me. I had been waiting 4 hrs for AAA to get me a tow. They kept telling me nobody had picked up the job yet and that they put it out to all the towing companies and whoever picks it up will come and tow my car. I decided to reach out to Leaf towing to see if they were available and/ or AAA had sent it out to them. AAA hadn’t, so I called AAA back(had to do it 2x) gave them leafs info and told them to call them so I could get my car towed. Draxten got right on the road and shortly after, had our car in our driveway. Way to go Leaf Towing, Draxten is a real asset to your team!!

Very timely service! Very Professional! I can’t give enough credit to Braxton the driver for making it so convenient to tow vehicle back to our residence!! Leaf’s responded to an AAA request for a tire change at ARC Retreat Community in Stanchfield, MN. Showed up within the timeframe given. Completed the job with skill and grace. I love Leaf’s!!!

Twice in the past week I used towing through Leafs connected with AAA. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, speed of service and support I received both times.

Twice in three days I had to utilize their services for the same vehicle. Not only were they fast, but they were professional, affordable, and really knew their stuff. I highly reccomend Leaf's for any towing. Their new F550 is quite the quick and capable rig too!

Very kind and professional. My car was totalled in a fatal auto accident and it was Leaf's towing that removed my car from the accident site and held it in their lot throughout the investigation. A month after the accident, I was able to remove my personal belongings from the vehicle. The thought of being anywhere near my vehicle or even looking at it made me physically ill in ways I cannot explain. The staff at Leafs was so compassionate and caring. The office manager (female, cannot recall her name) treated me like her own family or friend. Checking on me multiple times to see how I was doing and make sure I was okay. It was because of her I felt strong enough to get move forward.

Nice young man that towed our motorhome, which is an old GMC-they even looked it up to make sure they could properly take care of it, showed up quickly-within 10-15 minutes, hooked up fast and got it home for us. I have had several negative experiences over the years with different towing companies and AAA, but this was a 5 star experience. Thank you!

I hit a deer out in the rural back roads and needed a tow. Used AAA who dispatched Leaf’s out to tow me home. They were pretty busy that night but the driver called me to tell me when he was on his way and where he was coming from to give me an estimated time. It was below freezing out and I couldn’t have my car on because of the damage, but as soon as the driver arrived, he had me get in the cab of his truck to warm up (I was getting a ride back with him) while he hitched up my car. Super nice guy. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

Leaf's Towing has been great to us. They have had a super quick response time, super kind and courteous, and communicated through the whole process. Rob, is an absolute life saver, we have now had two encounters with him when we have needed a tow, and the customer service is just absolutely outstanding. THANK YOU!!!

Expensive to get your car back from these guys and it will cost you a bunch of money.

Excellent customer service. They take great care of towed vehicles. My husband had an accident with his motorcycle and they were awesome to deal with. No release of vehicle w/o my approval. So appreciated.

My son was playing with my keys while I was putting the carseat base in the car. When I put him in the vehicle, I shut the back door and realized he had pressed the lock button. I first called a locksmith that was incredibly rude because I told him I might call 911 to bust the door open, as it is 80° outside, probably 90° + in my car. He proceeded to tell me that he would not help if I might call the cops for help. Needless to say, I called 911 to ensure my child's safety. They called Leaf's Towing & Recovery. When talking with the serviceman, he said he was 5-10 min away. I could tell he was working efficiently and quickly to help get my son out of the car. He had him out in a matter of 3 minutes or so. By the time I got him outside of the car, my son was dripping in beads of sweat and very flush (it had been about 15-20 min at this time). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring so much and being quick, efficient, and pros at your job! To you guys, it is just another day at work, but for me, it meant so much!

Called because we locked our keys in our car. Called Leafs and he gave a time of 5 - 10 minutes and he was not lying. 6 minutes later and he unlocked the door! I would recommend them for sure!

AAA sent these guys and they showed up on time (even sooner) for a winch out on a very stuck car. The guy knew what he was doing and had the job done in minutes!! We thanked him and he was off and running to the next job. Great job and keep it up!!

The drive we encounter was very pleasant and very helpful. They were very easy to work with. If you need towing we hope you get this guy! Very nice and helpful
