I went to McDonald's Cambridge, MN location today at 8 am to treat myself to a quick breakfast. I have to say, the staff working the drive through windows (both the payment window and food service window) were some of the most pleasant and happy individuals I have ever seen in a drive through. Great job to those employees!

3 of us ordered Big Macs. All three Big Macs came out wrong. Not a huge deal but yeah, lol.
The chicken nuggets were good.

I am keto and ordered a Deluxe Cheeseburger with no bun. They did a great job with the presentation. I was so happy to stay on track with my diet and still enjoy a nice, fast, and delicious food item. Thank you!

Watching employees work together and encourage each other was awesome! Great customer service willing to help. Exchanged my Oreo frappe for a normal one and they were so understanding! Thank you guys!

The Restaurant was very clean. I was able to sit with my laptop for sometime while working on some tasks. When I had stopped by it was calm. Most the staff were younger, but polite and well kept. This is actually an issue with some Fast Foods in this area their employees sometimes lack those two key traits.

Just came in for a soda. Incredibly busy, but very attentive

Have never seen so many people working so hard in back at a restaurant to make things happen for their guests and yet they make it look easy. So much going on at once at this location. Impressive multitasking. Have always gotten correct orders.

Ordered curbside pickup. I had ordered an ice cream cone without thinking about how I would get it home. After I checked in I called the store, and asked if they could put it in a cup and they said absolutely! No problem! And when they brought my huge order out like 2 minutes later my cone was in a cup! To me this was way above and beyond! Thank you!

Out of the four other McDonald's visited this day; this was the cleanest, fastest service and best customer service. I WILL make this my go-to stop when driving this route again. And if you have ever read my reviews, this is HUGE!!!!

I haven't been to this McDonald's for 18 yrs . Until last week. ( I moved out of state ) . I love the number system for ordering. It was so nice to finally get McDonald's food delivered to my table hot and fresh !

Always fast with orders and very pleasant to customers.

Went there this morning at 6am after dropping my son off after work, couldn't really hear the employee because the speaker was breaking up and I heard him say he could take drink orders but not food. I didn't hear the part where he said he couldn't take payment so I ordered a coffee and got to the window to pay and he gave me the coffee and told me he couldn't take payment but still gave me the coffee anyways. Everything happened so fast, but I hope his day gets better and thank you for the coffee. Definitely my favorite mcdonalds location to go to.

Holy cow - the prices.
Pulled up very near close, to a stand still of a line. Waited it out, and I got the food quickly after the hokd up.

Refreshing to see the team presenting a solid positive attitude, after what one could only assume was a stressful situation (at least for someone).

For a Closing Time stop: food came out hot, correct, and a pleasant farewell from the window made it a good experience - worth remarking on.

May seem insignificant; but sometimes a run through the drive-thru in the middle of the night can leave you feeling positive.

I'm not very big on eating McDonald's, but I wanted to save a few bucks on lunch so I decided to give it a try. I had to use the bathroom quick, and it was spotless. I placed my order on the new touchscreen menu, it was quick and easy. Our food came out after a few minutes, and even though it didn't take very long they apologized for the wait. The food was very fresh and hot. Everything was great, even though it was 1pm and pretty busy. Thank you for lunch McDonald's.

I just bought a smoothie from here and it was a bit overpriced. Quite small, but it was very good. It tasted fresh and cold, so I’m happy. The drive-thru was quick and we weren’t pressured into getting pies lol. They asked, but didn’t pester me. Generally, their prices aren’t too high, overall, I’m satisfied.

Kids loved the play place. Employees were exceptional, all said thank you come again enjoy your time. The reason for the 5 stars is that the manager made rounds and asked everyone how their meal was and wanted to make sure it was good and hot.

Big Mac meals were great but I wish I would have had just a little more sauce on it. Fries hot and I love the special Sprite. Everything was great. Drive thru was super fast. Everyone was attentive at both windows.

Despite what everyone else says. I go to this store a few times a week for breakfast and they have always had great respect, they have workes hard(sometimes short staffed) but they got their jobs done and have customers pleased constantly.. people just need to stop being so stubborn and think so low of them. They have jobs, and a job is a job. Learn to respect other human beings. Good job mac dons morning shift, keep that good work up:)
