Cam it’s such a helpful employee she Replaced a bulb for my car she went the extra mile. I appreciate her. There was a rattling noise within my headlight I overheard from a dealership and now it doesn’t rattle anymore, so I’m super happy about that. Thank you so much.

I had a starter fail on my way home. They didn’t have the one I needed but they had one delivered to the store for me. Next day by 11AM. I got a new starter and since my battery was old, I got a new one. Winter in MN is tough on cars but these folks help a lot. Cheers to Ernie. He let me know when my part was in. I didn’t get a photo of the new part, but the old one was barely on the car. They are always my store for oil, filters, wipers, bulbs, battery chargers, windshield repair kits. All things automotive.

Excellent customer service the employees that work there in the evening are funny, helpful and are genuinely kind and they know a lot! they’re not overbearing hovering and they’re not completely neglectful. Just the perfect combination of information knowledge friendliness great atmosphere. I will go there a lot more now.

Had the parts I needed for my truck on hand and at a comparable price to online shopping. Very knowledgeable staff and seemed excited to help you with any questions.

They had what I was looking for and checked to make sure all the parts were included.

A while back I came into the Cambridge store with a brake line failure. Well, the end of winter is especially tough for me. I'm a small business owner and receive a limited amount of business during the winter months. Finances become extremely tight. I was attempting to make do with what I had on hand for a replacement line and was having issues flaring the end. I've worked with Ernie in the past I know he knows his stuff and asked if he was willing to give me a hand. Ernie went well above the call of duty to make sure my family and I left in a safe vehicle. And ill be forever grateful. For ernies diligence as well as being a good father. As the time ticked away gentleman was standing at the counter with me patiently waiting to speak to Ernie. And was helping to keep my 9-month-old baby girl entertained while we tried make the repair. The two had few words and the gentleman left. Only to return a short while later and walk to the back room to talk to Ernie and as he walks back out he pats me on the shoulder and says."don't worry ernies gonna get you taken care of" and walks out the door. Ernie reappears with the proper line and a temporary plug which i could not afford and before I could say a word he proceeds to tell me that gentleman was his son and the parts were paid for. The lord works in mysterious ways and I truly believe that was a God at work. I cannot Thank you two enough for your kindness and willingness to help me out!

Oh I love O'Reilly's! They always have the part I need and they always have it for a very reasonable price. Customer service is top-notch they treat you like a person not like some idiot who doesn't know how to work on a car. And if you're a woman I've seen them treat them just like you are anybody else. They are very helpful to anybody that walks in. I will always go to O'Reilly's for they never discriminate and they always help that customer who needs their help. Overall just an awesome place to go.

O'Reilly's has always been a pretty good place to get stuff as everybody else in these times they don't always have a great counterperson this visit though there was an awesome gentleman was able to give me support and got me on my way

I’ve been going to the Cambridge O’Reilly Auto Parts store for the last 10 years and plan on continuing this tradition. Staff is always on hand and helpful, parts are easy to find, store is clean and well-organized, couldn’t ask for any more! I’ll keep coming back, especially now that they’ve moved into a new building.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the help I got from Assistant Manager Ron. He went above and beyond by helping me fix my car. I had been struggling for an hour and a half with no luck. He came out without being asked and offered to help. Once he came out to help my car was fixed in 15 mins. Thanks again Ron!

Great service, willing to help with a smile. One store didn't have what we needed in stocks, they found a store with one close by for us. Very helpful. Clean stores - both Isanti and Cambridge.

The older guy there is always helpful, store closed and soped to see if we still needed help after holding the doors open a little longer for us to.

I called for a front headlight, he explained to me how to change it myself which was very helpful that young man was a very nice young man. I cannot remember his name but I would suggest going to this place in Cambridge as they are very knowledgeable on whatever you need

Great Bunch that work there the team is just great very helpful installed the part right on my vehicle for me that's the place to go if you need help finding parts or need help you know even put on windshield wiper blades I'll do it for you or a great team there thank you all Riley's

Got part from this store awhile back . Part took a dump looked for recipes to exchange part no luck called store they looked it up in the computer. Brought part back for exchange no problem. I was lucky it was $180 part.
