I recently had the pleasure of working with EMT Construction Services for the replacement of the roof and siding on our house, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exemplary.

Navigating an insurance claim is not easy, fortunately, Mike and his team at EMT Construction Services worked with our insurance company to get full replacement for both the room and the siding. Having the opportunity to select a new siding color was exciting and Mike was able to provide multiple color samples based on what we wanted for the final look. He also helped us better visualize the final look with a mock-up of our house with the color we chose.

I cannot give enough compliments to the crew that came to do the work. Their professionalism and attention to detail resulted in a job well done and we could not be more happy with the final results.

If you are looking to update your siding/shingles, I would 100% recommend EMT Construction Services. You will not be disappointed with the final look of your house when they are done.

My neighbor recommended EMT to me after they were pleased with the work they had done. Mike did a great job handling the insurance company and getting what I needed for my roof and siding. Both jobs were done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the end results! It was also nice that they had a contracted electrician to install all new lights at the end. EMT construction and Mike has been a great company to deal with. They are very understanding in terms of dealing with insurance jobs so if you have any issues with the property that has to do with insurance, they are great to work with. Additionally, they also do very good work and I have a great working relationship with them.

Mike and his Team at EMT Construction services did an amazing job on my Investment property in Minneapolis. It was damaged during a recent hail storm. Mike worked diligently with with our insurance company to make sure we got a new roof and siding. He also convinced them of extra work that needed to be done to meet the local building codes. They were also very patient with the process of the payments and worked with me to keep that all up to date. I will certainly use them again if needed, and highly recommend them for your residential construction needs.

I'm a real estate agent and I'm getting a listing ready to sell and I saw signs of moisture in the upper cabinet.
I called EMT construction who had installed the new roof and siding on this home.
They were out and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour.
They came back the next day and fixed the issue.
I have to give them A+ on customer service especially in a time where service isn't the norm.

Working with Mike and Craig at EMT was a breeze. They really went the distance with our insurance company to make sure all damages were addressed. We had a full roof and exterior repair and could not be happier with our results. Mike even suggested a nice partner update for the exterior. Both Mike and Craig were EXTREMELY quick to respond to any concern or question. We could not have asked for a better company to work with!

I highly recommend EMT Construction Services! I had another company prior to them that never followed through and also didn’t fight for me. EMT got my siding and roof all covered with my insurance and it was done within two weeks time when they said! My house looks so good and the quality of work is top level! I can’t recommend them enough!

Mike, Craig, and everyone at EMT were great to work with. They completed a new roof on my home and some siding work to update the front of my house a bit. They were very professional and efficient. Their attention to detail and workmanship was more than superb. I had a lot of questions before, during and after the project and both Mike and Craig were there to answer my call. If I received voicemail, I get a return call almost immediately. Matt, their roofing foreman was great too. As a matter of fact, I had a question for him on a Sunday, not expecting a response until Monday. I received an answer within minutes. I would highly recommend EMT and their crews!!

EMT’s Craig and Mike have been incredibly responsive and have gone out of their way to be sure I’m satisfied. The crew that came out here was quick, efficient, and friendly. When the job was done, there was no trace that they’d ever been here… except for the beautiful new roof, of course!
