Bakken's

We turned in 39lbs of venison trimmings to Bakken’s Big Game processing for the second year in a row, and have been extremely impressed with the quality of the product we received. The ring and polish sausage make for an awesomely quick dinner on busy weeknights, garlic summer sausage makes for a great snack, and the venison ("beer") sticks are incredible. I've had a few different companies make venison sticks and have shied away from them as a result of poor quality or taste, but these things are consistent and addicting! Spent a night vacuum sealing everything up the way we wanted it for the freezer, felt good to finish it all up.

My first time doing business / processing with these folks. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Excitedly awaiting receiving finished product to taste. If it's as good as their front end intake service it will be a fantastic product. Will update when we have enjoyed eating some of their recommended flavored sticks and sausages.

Absolutely perfect system for early bow season when it is still warm out. There's no need to worry about hours to drop it off because you can put it in the cooler yourself. Absolutely perfect for those warm October afternoons when you can't let the deer hang in the garage.

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman we spoke to today claims we gave her the wrong phone number, first off our phone number was left with a man and he wrote down the wrong area code, this woman claimed she tried all of the area codes which she clearly did not because the rest of the phone number was correct. And then this woman claims our cousin came in and said he would bring our meat to us. We have absolutely no idea what she is talking about. So she gave our meat to someone else and we have nothing! Completely unbelievable, unprofessional and unorganized. We will never be using this company again. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
