Had a phenomenal experience at/first auto today. My wife and I were absolutely blessed having Ulises as our salesman. He was extremely helpful, professional and an all around phenomenal individual. He went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I got not only the truck we needed but also help us through the process and finalizing under our budget. Richard is a great used car dealer that I have had the privilege of doing buisness with. I found the vehicle I wanted after several test drives, and purchased it. Minor issues came up with my used vehicle months later and I had the problems fixed with the money I put aside in case repairs were needed. I still maintain my vehicle for oil changes. And no problems since. I even installed a few modifications to it to enhance the fuel economy of it.
