Copart - Waco

I have two vehicles at the Copart Temple, Waco; 1 will be going to a shop.The other will be staying.

The staff was fabulous. After I gave them the necessary, proper numbers from their VINs, the vehicles were brought up so I could retrieve my items.

A young man assisted me in getting a cart to the vehicles. Everything from my van was neatly packed in containers I had at the ready, and moving the items was easy.

I would like to say a very big Thank You to Everyone who helped me. I deeply appreciated all their help from answering my questions to helping me get to the vehicles.

Keep up the Fantastic Jobs you all do. You all are experts in your fields of expertise. Again I appreciate all of you. You did a job well done.

TJ is the man!! He’s a loader from Georgia, but needs to stay in Temple! He is a true professional at his job. He double checked the vehicles and his attitude was amazing.

This one is my favorite copart. They work fast and the ppl r respectful. They gave me coffee last time I was there getting my title. It was really cold outside. The loader with the glasses is very nice. I wish the parking lot was paved though. It’s really dusty. But always nice to get out of the dallas and buy a few cars from this location as well. Nice and quaint. Be sure to check if the car is really there or at the other location they have in Taylor Tx.

I don’t like this place , it is dirty for me. It’s work very fast.

Purchased a 2019 Kawasaki z400, the staff and loaders were very friendly. They made the experience very simple and quick as this was my first purchase but will not be my last.

The process is easy and all fees up front so when you pay for the car you get your paperwork the same time you pick up your car. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Ashley helped me quite a bit and has always greeted me with a smile.

Highway is under construction and the business is currently difficult to get to from the highway. Turn is also not well marked. Large loading area in front of business. Arrived to pick up cars at 8:00 and they were not busy yet. Loaded quickly!

I just went to retrieve my personal items still in my vehicle after it was towed there, but they're always kind, prompt, & intelligible.

Great location, I made a phone call to asking on a specific detail on my purchased car and I received a high level of Customer Service and from the Manager.

The loader was helpful and handled my car with care. Front desk processed the request good.

Ashley is one of the best copart employees, I was in this location for a couple of minutes and she took care of costumers and my self in a very professional way.

Great place and staff but to make your visit smoother download the app and make an appointment
