They have a good selection of parts and great staff. You can search the website for parts you're looking for. Some stuff is already removed from the cars and sitting in their warehouse, ready to go. Everything else, they'll pull for you.

They won't start pulling it until you get there, though, presumably to make sure they're not pulling parts for someone who's going to flake.

I highly recommend it. I got my transmission, rear axle, and driveshaft from them, have had no problems with them, and saved maybe $2-3k by now

They do not allow Customers to wander around; it's not U-Pull-It or Pick-Ur-Part.

They have a great and very fast system:
You tell them what you want and if they have it (or might have it) they send a mechanic out to fetch the part. You can go with him if you want/need to provide details but you don't get your hands dirty! :-)

The roving mechanics have their own mobile tool rig: an old car or truck with all their tools. It is a very cool way to do it.

This place is a disaster. the parts are just usable. Service at the counter was great.

Other than the intense odor of weed, (probably just a customer, but worthy of mentioning) I would recommend Wagner's for parts. The staff was efficient and had my part immediately ready. Fair price. They recommended another company to put my tire on the wheel. That company did the work for free! Pleased.

Wagner's had exactly what I needed and the best part is that all I had to do is call and ask. They have a great database with parts and prices of everything they have on the lot.

I was behind on my inspection because the Hyundai dealership was well or if my price range for a taillight. The lights worked but the red cover had a small crack in it. Wagner's was a life saver.

As others have said, do not turn into the industrial park like Google Maps tells you to, just drive a bit further and you'll see the entrance.

Needed a mirror for a 2002 Honda crv. They had one but not the color I needed.

They were able to tell me over the phone if they had what I needed. Pretty impressive place to drive into. Quick service at the counter. They brought me my part to inspect. Easy check out. Clearly informed me about the return policy. They carried my parts to my car. Nice folks, too.

Was given accurate information regarding parts availability on the vehicle I was searching for, and had no problem picking them up. This place is a little rough around the edges, but if you're in a situation where you need to come here that shouldn't bother you. I would allot at least 40 minutes to an hour to complete the process. Love their 4WD Mazda van as well!

What a great group of people! They helped me with some high quality body parts. A great selection of cars so they should have your part. Accurate inventory control, great customer service. Not a self service junkyard, they will pull your part for you. Bring a picture if it is strange and small. A+ recommended!

Prices didn't change from last week when I called to today when I picked up. Very pleasant and prompt service from the parts counter. Love it when I can leave a business and feel satisfied that I have everything I need and nothing else!
