Love this business. Have been a true customer for over 30 years. When I move I always find their nearest location. The added valet services has been exceptional and all the staff have been so personable and professional. This is a true business with a great staff. They will always have me as a customer.

Excellent service the young lady waited and extra 15 mins after close to allow me time to get there to pick up my close after being frustrated stuck in traffic. She went above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!

This was my first time using their services so I was unclear how delivery worked. I called in and they were incredibly helpful and even checked where the pickup driver was on his route so I could get my clothes in. I used the app to keep up with the clothes and they took great care of everything. My wife has personalized bedding for our sons cribs and they cleaned and cared for it excellently! Will be a regular customer!

First time dry clean client and 100% would return. I had a formal dress with a champagne spill stain. They were very nice and informed me of risks of discoloring from alcohol. Upfront pricing and efficient communication at drop-off. I picked up my dress same day and it was beautiful. They had it so nicely hung in a garment bag like it was brand new. The 8:00-5:00 hours and no weekends almost forced me choose somewhere else but I trusted the ratings and was not displeased.

Regency Dry Cleaners did a great job cleaning multiple embellished items from my wedding. I dropped off 20 items and they had them all cleaned by the next afternoon! I would recommend their business and will definitely use their dry cleaning services in the future.

This is THE place to go with your dry cleaning. I trust them completely with my clothes and know I will get back clean, perfectly pressed clothes. They are just really good at what they do.

Exceeded my expectations. I got a winter coat at a thrift store and took it in to get freshened up. When I went to pick it up, the missing buttons had been replaced and is ready to keep me warm. Thanks for taking good care of my coat and of me.

Excellent cleaning and service! Drive-through drop-off and pick-up. When I picked up my cleaning, the proprietor asked me to roll down my rear window so that she could hang it inside my car! They did a wonderful job preserving my wedding gown and were very friendly and helpful whenever I called to check on its progress. The dress came in a beautiful box with viewing window in addition to zipped protective bag around it. Would highly recommend!

I’ve typically jumped around to different dry cleaners and have used Regency in the past. No doubt my business will continue with them. The staff at the Parkwest Crossing Shopping Center are friendly and caring. I actually arrived a few minutes late and they were still there and made sure I got my suit and shirts! I cannot say enough about my experience. They were superb!
