The people at Landmark that call to do appt reminders are consistently kind and professional, and they call in a timely manner to remind me of my appt. Also, my visit with nurse, Katrina, was great, as usual. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Definitely a joy to have my home visit with!

I just got this service, I didn't know exactly how it worked. But I read the booklet and found an answer to my question. After calling there was someone at my house within 2 hrs. AMAZING... Professional and I truly appreciate the help I. received. Iam feeling better, I was sicker than I thought, it's so hard to get help when you're alone. Thank You So Much.

I enjoyed my visit with Heather. She was very thorough, thoughtful and engaging. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. She took her time with me and very pleasant. Great visit!

I love the way they make sure that you always good with your health and the nurse she has a very gorgeous attitude very positive and polite making sure I do what I need to do to stay at home

They check on me regularly and Nurse came to my house at night to check my vitals and check my legs

After looking back at my appointment with Catherine I realize that I gleaned more than I ever thought I had in the past. We discussed my meds and made a couple of changes, after checking my weight and completing my stats I we found my blood pressure pulse and lungs were doing real good. Looking ahead I know that I will really miss my visits from Landmark and learning also keeping up to date and being able to make any adjustments that would be beneficial to me.

The provider for Landmark is so great with my mom. She makes feel very comfortable and she enjoys the visit. Our provider keeps us very informed on all new meds that we may be given from other Dr.s and makes sure that I understand everything. I love her she is the best!

Catherine Faurnier (sp) was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She gave me some great subjects to speak with my new doctor at the end of this month, and I really appreciated that!

Landmark is awesome. I can't say enough about how great they are. They have kept me from going to the hospital several times. Everyone I have dealt with have been so caring and knowledgable and take good care of me to make sure I stay on track. Thank you for all you do.
