Charlotte Weaver - State Farm Insurance Agent

Just moved from Massachusetts and needed to get insurance transferred to NC before I can get a license or register my car. Kisha was on top of it and super helpful. Got everything done quickly and even had a friendly chat! I've been a SF customer since I started driving and would recommend to all!

I love Charlotte Weaver and her office. They have helped me out several times over the years and always work in a very timely manner. I was in a car accident once and they made sure things were taken care of quickly and that the other agent completed the work necessary on the backend. In my most recent experience I worked with Kaleigh to bundle my home and auto and she was super helpful in explaining my first homeowners policy. Always a great experience, Kaleigh has been super knowledgeable about each policy we bundled. Highly recommend doing business here!

I called this afternoon about receiving car insurence. Spoke with my agent Kaeligh who is an amazing agent. Very nice, polite, and very professional and courteous. Sweet as can be on the phone. I spoke with Kisha at Charlotte Weaver's office and she was AWESOME! She was patient with all my ramblings and made sure to get the best coverage at the best pricing for me. I have known Charlotte for quite some time, and am always hesitant to talk to anyone but her, however, Kisha was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

in many years I have been with State Farm I have yet I have any complaint. Miss Weaver and her staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I’m paying for. I am 100% satisfied before I leave.
I know that at any time I call and have a question it will be taken care of with the upmost top priority.
And if I’m not working with Miss Charlotte, I’m working with Miss Catherine Graham. She also takes time to listen to what I have to say. Figure out the best way or opportunity or policy that will work. I have no problem highly recommend them to anybody

I just want to say my representative Kiesha White was Awesome. I'm under contract to buy a house and I was clueless on what home insurance plan to get. I shop other agencies such as Geigo, however I felt rush and still confused. After reaching out to State Farm and speaking to Kiesha I felt comfortable. She did a great job explaining all the plans, as well I removed my car insurance from Geigo over to State Farm. We close on our home in nine days, and I just want to say Thank you!! This place is second to none when it comes to customer service, never had a better experience than I have with them. Recently called in and Kaleigh was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Truth be told, that’s been the case each and everytime over interacted with any of their team members. Could not recommend them more strongly!

I was in the market for for some renters insurance. I been shopping around and I was referred to Mrs Charlotte Weaver's office by a current client. The agent I was speaking with is Kisha White. She asked me what I was I terested in. I explained i was just looking for a quote and she filled in the information. She gave me the best quote i had heard yet the first time. Not the second or third time or after i spoke with a manager as other companies did, I shall not name. She even quoted me a bundle price if I was interested in transferring any other policies.
The quote was so good I immediately went ahead on and purchased and paid for the year. Now as far as my receipt She sent it to my email, but I didn't see it. I called the next day and she explained that it may be in spam or in another directive. I reassured her it hadn't. She resent it to my e mail and another email as well to make sure I received it. I must apologize to her. I received it the first time. It was sent in her name and I was looking for State Farm. I would definitely recommend this State Farm office to any one looking honest, professional and knowledgeable agents. I am even going to check into there other financial services, Thanks again for your patience and professionalism Kisha White.

I've conducted business through Kaleigh a handful of times now, and I've never had a bad experience. She's prompt, transparent, and thorough with her work. Always helpful, and if there's ever a time when she isn't completely certain of an answer, she always takes time to figure it out and find that answer with you. Couldn't recommend more highly.
