Extended Stay America - Durham - Research Triangle Park - Hwy 54

Always stay here and our experience is wonderful. Nikki and Danyelle are amazing to talk to and have helped us every time. My boyfriend and I are in the middle of finding an apartment and they have been accommodating and friendly during this tough time. Rooms, hallways and outside is always neat and clean. I travel for work and coming back here is welcoming compared to what I’ve seen on the road. I feel safe and comfortable. If there is a problem it’s fixed right away. We’ve tried to make other Extended Stays or Red Roofs work but nothing compares.

These ladies know how to make you feel welcoming all the time.

I just spent 15 days at this location. Love ❤ 😍 💖 ❣ the front desk staff. The crew was very friendly and super helpful. I was in transition from Northern Virginia to Chapel Hill. And when initially making my reservation online the staff helped me make sure I had a 1st floor room due to my spinal arthritis. Enjoyed my stay immensely

Because the staff is very nice and shows much great hospitality. My rates are reasonable and and they are nice people to get along with. I never felt more at home the way they make me feel. The general manager Danielle is such a sweetheart. Extended stays are the s#!$

We think room 308 is haunted, our dog was awake all night growling at the foot of the bed, and staring at the same spot for hours. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a 2 star hotel.

Ms.Tia I believe is her name whom was at the front desk on 9/21/19 and whom assisted my family and I with check in,showed my family what I call awesome customer service. She was very polite professional and generous. She was able to assist us with all of our concerns which were very few and very minor. She is a wonderful person and I won’t forget the way she treated my family and I. Thank you Ms. ‘Tia I believe that is your name.

What ever your reason to be in the bull-city Extended Stay America off highway 54 is a great stay! You are greeted with friendly staff to welcome your family with a smile. You are offered supplies for the fully equipped kitchen if you need things. Housekeeping is exceptional in helping with items you may need. Maintenance personnel is on top of things in keeping the building working in safe order. As well as maintaining the grounds from debris. You have the option to use the 24 hour laundry room. With vending onsite. You will find it’s just a few short miles from Duke hospital and RDU airport. Need things from the store! Food lion is less than a mile away. Along side the dollar tree with a big lots across the street! Plenty of fast food choice in the area. Need to relax with something to read. You’ll find the library is across the street. Have to ship a package fedex office is within a small walk. I recommend you give this location a try! It’s better than other options in the area!

Greatly enjoyed my stay there. The staff was great, accommodating, and always saw I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to return there again. Thanks Danyelle and Brittnei general Managers. Hope you enjoyed the pizza.

This is a good place when you want to get away. I am a repeat customer. Especially if you want a refrigerator and microwave and stove top. The rooms are clean and the staff is awesome.

Ms. Danyelli is also so nice and accommodating when i stay here. It really is a great place to stay especially if you plan on staying awhile. Theyre staff is also impeccable in making your stay feel like you are at home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the durham area.

Very quiet outside, staff was really nice and I love the kitchen. My only issue was the TV kept acting up.

Edit: Staying here again. Was a lot nicer than I remember! Happy to be at a hotel that cares about their guests and that keeps things clean. Plus full kitchen. Lol

Great place front desk are very polite rooms are always clean I love the manager she's wonderful and the front desk Lady T she's amazing always makes sure everything is the way I want it hands down best hotel in the RTP area

The location is less than a mile from restaurants and stores. Staff is very helpful. Our room was very clean upon check in and very spacious.
