Love this Ace Hardware! Whoever the Buyers are they have great taste. Turner Ace has really nice home decor and furniture items as well as clothing for the whole family. Super cute beachwear for the littles too. I come here to get orange blossom honey which can be difficult to find. Also love their specialty local decor. Custumer service is always excellent too! Highly recommend!

This is thee best Ace Hardware I've seen in my whole life. If Home Goods, Loews and Marshall's had a baby... it would be this store. They have furniture, hats, hardware, huge plant selection, planters etc.🙌🏾😍😍😍

This has to be one of the largest ace stores I have ever been to. The selection is top notch. It's not a home depot so don't expect lots of lumber etc, this is more of an ace hardware on steroids. You should expect Ace hardware prices however.

In addition to the great selection you get the great ace hardware customer service. They are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and very happy to help you with all your needs.

All in all if you want an ACE this is the place...see what I did there. If you are looking for a home depot then go across the street.

We had the most lovely experience with Colleen, the manager of the garden center. We were visiting from out of town and needed to purchase two plants for a friend going through a tough time. Colleen kindly offered to pot our plants, and she lifted our spirits on an emotionally difficult day. She was so kind to us, and we were so grateful for her time and expertise.

Every single time I come here, with the exception of the short, young overweight Asian girl (let’s call her The Rude Employee), every Ace employee goes above and beyond great customer service.

Today’s visit would be a one star review because of another rude interaction with the Rude Employee had it not been for Sarah taking over after the Rude Employee tells me with zero courtesy that two products (curtain rod holders) I bought online from Ace’s website and had shipped to this Ace couldn’t be returned here. I then asked the Rude Employee where was I supposed to return them then since I bought them from Ace’s website? She looked at me like I was crazy and said you’ll have to drive to whatever store they came from (which would be an almost 2 hour round trip), and rudely walks out of the store. Incredible.

This is at least the third interaction I’ve had with Rude Employee and now it’s time for management to know about it. She’s rude every single time. I thought the first two times were just her having a bad day, but nope.

Thanks to Sarah, however, who was standing right there when this happened, she went the extra mile and went and asked how she could return them at the store and ended up processing the return in minutes. This is why I’m leaving a 5 star review and not a 1 star review.

This has to be one of the top 3 Ace Harware's in the Jacksonville area. There is a huge selection of tools, clothing, and outdoor furniture.

I don't think I've ever been to a Ace Hardware store. I was hoping to find a bigger selection of Dewalt tools but was a little disappointed. On the other hand, this place has an amazing selection of almost everything else from outdoor entertainment supplies to building materials. I wish we had one closer to where I live.

Largest Yeti selection you can find. Friendly and helpful staff. Some very nice furniture. Recommended checking them out

Moved right next door a month ago, and have been here quite a few times. I cannot express enough how much they have helped me with multiple trips. The staff is always helpful every time, and I cannot say anything bad about them. I am extremely grateful for this location and everything they do.

Great selection of a wide variety of quality products. Good service, friendly staff. If you want a couple of steps up on quality versus a big box store, this is the place.

Great place. It's not your typical Ace Hardware. This one offers everything from tools to beds and furniture and wall decor. It's a great spot. You can get everything but groceries at this one.

This is one store that I could spend a lot of money at. It has a lot of unique items. You would have to go in the store and look around. This store has basic hardware stuff to patio furniture, grills, paintings, metal and wood artwork, clothes , shoes, and more. This is definitely a one of a kind hardware store.

My husband and I have been coming to this store since August 2021. Colleen Manager, Van and Chuck have impressed us so much. Their work ethics, customer service, kindness and always pleasant truly need to be praise worthy for recognition for hard work and serving with a smile.

This store has everything. It's a hardware/furniture/grilles/outdoor furniture/garden center. They have all the best brands at great prices. We have spent a fortune here.

I just bought a home and Tallon was extremely patient helpful and knowledgeable on the pots and plants that I needed I will surely only ask for him when going back the customer service was outstanding! Truly makes ace the place where there are friendly hardware folk!

This location is very cool and large. We purchased a palm tree, sugar cane tree and some small plants from here. All the plants were healthy and well treated.

Stopped in to purchase bird food. Saw the sign said Buy one get one free! Got home and reviewed receipt and it did not ring correctly. Charged full amount!!! We live 20 miles from this location otherwise I would come back for a refund. This is also advertised in the sale flyer for 8.99 bogo. Disappointing

Shopped at Marsh Landing store wanted to buy some different plants and Tallon was very helpful and also helped me load my purchase. Would definately shop there again if everyone is as helpful.

Very pleasant experience, the young man who helped me was very helpful and courteous. Made sure I was happy with my purchase. Sorry I didn't get his name...but I do know he is in flight school and hopefully one day he will be seen behind the controls of Airforce One. Very nice young man. Great to shop in a place where they have this caliber of help.
