Publix Super Market at South Beach Parkway

The customer service here is next level! Prices are a bit high on average, but they have great BOGO deals and sales, and a good selection so I still shop here. This is one of the few stores where no matter what, I've always received phenomenal customer service. It makes the entire shopping experience better when every employee does their job well and in a friendly manner. Honestly, paying a few cents more for a guaranteed good shopping experience is worth it. Excellent professionalism for a grocery store!

Spent a fun morning wandering through the aisles, looking at all the offerings. Don't love the prices, so I don't shop at Publix regularly, but it's fun to see all the specialty and fun items they stock. Thoughtful presentation of items, such as charcuterie beside the champagne, make it a fun stop.

Great staff. Clean store. Full selection of items. The only problem I have with this location is that the clientele is primarily very old, entitled, rude people. I come here about once a month, and the old farts are always there. Kinda cracks me up

Came in tired from 8 hours working in the heat, and two hours moving outside also. The manager directed me to the ice machine, then offered to go get it for me, which he did. Best store at the Beaches on the N.E. coast of Florida!

Publix is my go to store. It's really close to me. Their produce, meats and bakery are excellent. The BOGO specials are a fantastic value. Since Publix is an employee owned store the employees are always super friendly. Once I was waiting on line and the store manager came over and opened up a register and took care of me. Publix is a Florida treasure and has been for decades.

I am an instacart shopper and go here multiple times a week. The employees here all are very helpful and seem very happy with their workplace environment. I always leave with a smile on my face! Whoever is running this location is doing something right!!

Great store in a great location. This store is big, offering a wide variety of food, beverages (beer and wine too), household supplies, etc. They have a big meat counter as well as a good sized deli. It has everything you need.

This is my go to Publix. Always fresh, always friendly and beside arguably the best Pizza in Jax-Renna's. Been coming here since 04. Never disappoints. The butcher's are great and will cut whatever you need. Great Bakery & Floral Dept too.

The staff & managers are always great here and it's almost like a mini mall in this complex.

Publix Jax Beach Deli….Joseph the Deli Manager provides exceptional quality and service! I just bought 2 subs and he made them w a keen attention to detail. Perfection always from he and the entire staff! Thank You

Yes you pay more but who doesn't want fresh, clean and always helpful. Publix reminds me of those old school grocery stores where service came first followed by fully stocked shelves.

NOTHING but POSITIVES about this store. Stellar customer service. Phenomenal pharmacy employees. Front store employees, which are the last impression you have as you leave, make it professional. Meat dept. is amazing.

It was a pleasant setting and had I had to poop, I'm sure their accomodations would have been accommodating.
